My daughter and I had a positive first experience, however, my own manicure resulted in damaged cuticles, despite my clear instructions. A subsequent attempt to rectify the situation resulted in uneven nails, which the technician attributed to my movement, a claim I dispute. The final result is unsatisfactory. Attached are images illustrating the initial service and the unsatisfactory "repair."

Usually loved getting Gel Nails from here! But went this sunday and was throughly disappointed, my gel has already chipped and is coming up on the edges. It is typically better than this but Im disappointed in the results. Also, lady did not shape nails and the polish looks uneven.

Wanted beach themed nails for the upcoming vacation. Rose understood the assignment well. Love the effort put into details. Was seated immediately on appointment time. Clean place. They offer variety of beverages during the appointment which was a good touch.
