i have always gone here, and love their work. except for this last time. the younger girl (i’m not sure what her name is, but she had black hair & i believe she is of hispanic decent) she did an AWFUL job. first of all i had to skip out on getting my toes done bc it took her an HOUR AND A HALF to do my nails. secondly she kept cutting me with the dremmel tool, and when it came to filing the side she was filing the sides of my finger. and i kept pulling away and even told her she was hurting me. it has only been a week and two of my nails have fallen off (one from just picking up a handful of sand at the beach) i will use this salon again but i will NEVER sit in her chair again.

this was my first and last time coming to this salon. The workers are very rude and incompetent. The person who did my nails is Yuri. I had to ask her to look at the inspo pic more than once and she still majorly messed up. What I wanted was full set acrylic French tips with a pink base. What I got instead was clear base (you can see straight through my nail to my natural nails and see where they placed their nail) with very poor French tips (one coat of paint) I will add pics. She wasn’t rushed by me at all but she rushed herself because she was frustrated with my simple design. Not to mention Yuri stopping my nails multiple times to intensely stare and watch every move a male customer made. It was weird and uncomfortable!! If she thought he was cute, she should’ve asked for his number instead of stopping mid customer to stare. When I asked why the price jumped $20, nobody could tell me. Instead, Yuri told me that the young man who works the check in counter, gives prices (he asks the techs and they tell him a price) etc. DOESNT ACTUALLY WORK THERE YET. I asked several times if they could remove the nails and I would go somewhere else. They refused. The older lady told me that’s it’s an easy fix & to pick a pink color to paint my nail and then add the French tip back to it. That’s STILL not what I asked for nor would it have looked good. They overcharged my card, refused a refund, refused to fix the nails THE RIGHT WAY, refused to remove their terrible work, and then getting yelled at “do you understand” when nothing you just said was in English.. do not recommend this nail salon to anyone! Update: I got my nails done Saturday, went back Monday to get them fixed, was not fixed, left the mall and broke a nail. 3 days is all it took… smh.

Never again!!! This my first time having the dip polish and it looks atrocious!! My daughter and I both got mani/pedi’s.. $200 for a terrible job!!!! Don’t go here!!

They are extremely rude and unprofessional. There were multiple times in my visit where the employees would put in their earbuds and completely ignore my questions about prices. I considered a possible language barrier but later realized everyone spoke fluent English. On top of the terrible service my gel manicure cracked immediately after my appointment. I went back the next day to have them fixed and they cracked immediately again. The following day I requested at least a 50% refund and was denied. They continued to be rude and told me to take it up with someone else. These nails were a gift from my mom for my birthday, so we were both very disappointed that this happened.

I got gel manicure for $25 price was not bad, nails look okay but defiantly not as good as I would like for them to be. The lady who done my nails was very rude barely spoke to me and was in a rush. My friend got her nails done too and was not happy with hers while I was waiting for her to get done the same lady who done my nails came out of bathroom did NOT wash her hands and went and started another manicure, that can cause infection! I will Not be back

They told us we can only get one solid color and no design. The polish under the mat isn’t even dry you can even push it out. I’m not being rude or trying to put anyone down but I paid 40 dollars for these..
