Nail shape is wrong, too thick from the side view and they just look bulky. Left thumb is crooked. The girl gave me gel without asking, i wanted regular polish. At the end when paying my nails had bubbles in them, she said its bc of the lotion she used. Had her buffer and repaint the top layer to get rid of them. Now sitting in my car i noticed random sparkles in some of my nails in addition to the bulkiness. The lady was kind and helpful but the skill just wasnt there.

I came in for an acrylic nail removal and to clean up my cuticles. The salon was nice and clean. Unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasurable. The man removing my acrylics didn't remove all of the powder and filed too deep on my natural nail on some parts. When cutting my cuticles, he knicked me twice and called me sensitive the second time I winced. He continued to chuckle about how I didn't need my cuticles cut as an excuse for the repeated clipping of my skin. One of the other staff members removed some of the remaining powder when I went to check out and did the best she could to better my experience.

I’ve gone here three times already and have never been disappointed in the care of my nails. I have had Henry do my nails twice and he is meticulous with the shape and color and any design I have asked for so far. They have accommodated walk-ins and same day appointments. Love my St Patty’s Day nails!
