I arrived around 9:50 for a 10:30 appointment. Checked in and made my payment. I waited until almost 11:30 to be called. Finally went to desk to find out why the long wait. She said I would be called soon and was. I was just wondering if I was overlooked until I went up to the desk.
The technician was very nice and good. Facilities are very nice.

Back again. Confused by so many 5-star reviews. No stars would be mine. Sent to this location due to the mess up two weeks ago at the Camelback branch not being able to conduct a specific MRI for reasons previously stated. LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Came to Deer Valley, greeted by a nice young tech who communicated the steps in clear, concise words. Put on the table where he tried but failed to insert an IV into my left arm. Told him I was a "hard stick." Asked if I wanted someone else to try, I said if you feel good about yourself, go ahead and try the right arm. The IV was for the CONTRAST portion of the MRI. He was "somewhat" successful in the right arm UNTIL the contrast was to be injected. Then, holy hell. The IV was NOT
inserted properly and my arm started feeling like it was in a vise. Bad pain. I was taken out of the machine and my right arm began to swell. Then casually he made excuses and half-hearted apologies. My arm continued to swell. From there everything went downhill. I began to get real ugly with the entire thing and expressed myself as I do in such cases. After getting dressed I insisted that an office manager contact me. Told one would do so later that day or the following day. NOTHING!!
I wouldn't recommend Simon Med to anyone on
this planet! Full Stop

Apt was right on time. Technician was very pleasant and kind. Everything was explained during the visit. The lobby was clean and large with open design. There is also security on site which is a plus for evening visits

I was asked to arrive early, which I did. I was called back for CT In two minutes. I did the procedure and was out before my appointment time. I was back home within a half an hour of leaving great experience.
