Delicious local ice cream! I got the Rocky Route 66 and it was delicious. I love that they use organic ingredients and have dairy free options. There isn't much seating inside, so maybe take it to go. It would be nice if there were a couple of tables outside. Definitely worth stopping in!

Stopped by because I saw in the reviews that they had dairy free ice cream and was very impressed! Their dairy free flavor today was orange creamsicle and it was absolutely amazing and creamy! Wish I lived here because I am very interested in trying their other flavors!

Very delicious! The ice cream and cones are made in-house. Orange creamsicle is smooth and sweet with a hint of citrus tang. Mint freckle has chocolate chips like a glitter ball went off. Cookie dough ice cream was creamy with chunks of cookie dough as well as chocolate chips. The strawberry is a pale pink color, a testament to the tasty ingredients. The staff was helpful and kind. We are glad we found this little ice cream spot and hope you enjoy it too!

Okay... I refuse to ruin their perfect reviews... Ice cream and service was good, they said it was their biggest rush ever at 730p on a Friday night, however:

* Cookie dough ice cream had only one tiny piece of cookie dough in the entire scoop.
* Couldn't taste the difference between strawberry and lemon berry flavors, at all.
* Pecan praline was very nice.
* Between two cones that were two scoops each, one seemed to have half the amount of ice cream of the other.
* Cones are gluten free, but they're actually not all that good... Would rather they have the flavor of a Chinese Fortune Cookie.
* Would love to see half the flavors be "wild and crazy", the rest gourmet versions of the classics, and for free PR always have a gimmick flavor, always. And remember to offer ice cream in donuts or whatever spreads the word... Then soon you'll be open 7 days until 2a raking in the bucks.

So why 5 stars? Because they're local, they work hard to do what they're doing, running a business isn't easy, and I'll chalk this visit up to them just being utterly swamped. You can tell that they care, and I wish nothing but success for them, and know that they'll listen to my points.

A great local option for quality ice cream. Nothing is over indulgent, but thoughtfully crafted with dialed in flavors. Definitely worth the visit! Awesome service, too.

Finally a good local ice-cream shop. Give your business to these guys and skip the low quality and poor service of the chain ice cream shops. These guys are running a clean operation with quality products. They make the waffle cones fresh, your not getting a stale cone that was made days ago. The flavors are fun and I've enjoyed what I've tried. My girlfriend picked the blueberry cheesecake and I'll be looking forward to my own scoop of that when it cones around again. These guys will be my go to for a nice cool treat moving forward.

Delicious small batch ice cream made the old-fashioned way. This place is no frills but they make an amazing product. The Butter Pecan in their waffle cone might have been the best ice cream cone I've ever had. We'll definitely come back next time we're in town.

I don't leave reviews often, however, I HAD to with this one. My husband and I come once a week to enjoy a waffle cone full of the best ice cream I have EVER had. Nothing else compares. There's most certainly not a better ice cream shop in all Flagstaff. I have a hard time trying other flavors because the cheesecake flavors are the BEST. But I force myself because there has yet to be a flavor that was not absolutely delicious. Literally not one bad flavor. You can taste the love and passion that is put into delivering the best product. If you want an absolute delight of small batch craftsmanship and deliciously dialed in flavors, Timberline is absolutely your spot. I can guarantee you will not find a better ice cream shop in Flagstaff. Not sure I've had better in my home town of 33 years. Happy I live here now and get to experience this place every week.

Thanks Timberline, my husband and I cannot thank you enough for our favorite husband/wife weekly, date-night ice cream. We hope you're around for a long time.
