I’m not I wasn’t happy about their haircut. They cut all my bangs off. I’m still wearing a hat now. I came in with one and soon as I got back in the car from there, my hat went back on, and I had to go right across the road to ultra beauty to try to get it fixed, and there was nothing they could do. It had to be have to let it grow out.

went in for a highlight yesterday & there are splotches all over my hair now and my roots are still showing because she didnt highlight hardly any of my hair correctly. and when she washed it she asked if i wanted it toned. very unprofessional and my hair looks like garbage. splotches of orange and brown where it was "supposedly" highlighted. my hair is also fried. i left before my hair was even dry because she messed it up so bad and it felt like my hair was being ripped out when it was being brushed and blowdried. do not go here for highlights because now i have to go spend more money to get it fixed. wish i would have read the reviews on here before i went because other people have had bad experiences with highlights here too. very unprofessional, especially when she didnt know if she was supposed to tone BLONDE hair.
