I’m not one to complain but this time I can’t let it go and I called this morning before making this post to see when Sarah would be in so I could talk to her before posting this and I was told they didn’t know when she would be in again. My daughter and I have been seeing Sarah for a couple months and love her but about 8 months ago and then again last night an older lady did my daughter’s nails and she did an horrible job. She was very rude and she hurt my daughter. She didn’t give my daughter time to pick a color out, she was huffing and puffing while she was looking at the colors so she just settled on a color she didn’t like and she made my daughter bleed. Not to mention she didn’t shape her nails well at all. We almost didn’t go back after the first time the lady did my daughters nails but I was thankful we did because Sarah does an amazing job but after last night, we will never see the older lady again. I saw the man last night and he was very rude to me and my nails don’t look the best either. I spent $100 last night and I’m very unhappy! So we will not be going back unless we only see Sarah.

I absolutely love Dash Nails, especially Sarah.... my girl always make sure that my nails are on point... tonight they did my daughters and they were done by an apprentice/student... I am all for helping people who are learning and he did a great job... we will definitely be going back

Sarah stayed late to do my daughter’s nails for homecoming dance! My daughter loves her nails! 20 out of 10 for customer service! We will definitely be repeat customers!

I absolutely love my birthday nails! I highly recommend Sarah. She is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the process. It's a nice atmosphere and I love that they play calming music.

I was skeptical trying a new nail salon as I’m very particular about my nails. Sarah did a wonderful job; she was very meticulous and detailed. The environment was also very welcoming. I will be back. 🙂

i came in today to get a gel acrylic and was excited to try something new. however, the entire time i was there the gentlemen kept downgrading me and my nails. i am a nail biter and i get making some comments, but talking about how bad my nails look the entire time and how the color i picked out would look terrible on my nails is disrespectful. everything i wanted he bashed it and wouldn’t let me get anything i want. i came in for a happy service and left feeling absolutely disrespected from someone’s unpopular opinion. i payed and left and was extremely unhappy with my service.
