This is the third time my order has been messed up in some way. The first time my come wasn’t even half full nor the right toppings and I was told that I would be charged another cone if they remade it since it was already made. The next time the cone was stale and the order was wrong again and I was told the same thing even though the cone was not made yet. This time tonight I ask for one of the marketed combinations and it was the complete wrong thing again like I’m talking wrong ice cream missing toppings and again told the same thing. Do better guys my order was a combination the company came up with.

This place is a complete WRECK LOL. Like I’m talking awful… we walked in and weren’t acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. The children working behind the counter were playing and laughing so obnoxiously I really couldn’t even hear myself think in there. Once my husbands order finally got taken, mid-order, he was cut off by the boy taking his order as he just started laughing and rambling with the other coworkers… the entire time they were talking about how they were so ready to leave. We finally get our ice cream & one of them had ice cream all over the cup. Who wants to grab that Literally I have never seen a business go downhill so badly. Every child on this shift tonight needs a job evaluation. Not to mention, we spent $30. Not worth it whatsoever. Anyways, there’s more but you get the point.

People really will complain about anything… I’ve been here a couple of times and today when I went the employees had to deal with a very rude customer. They handled the situation very well. The store was busy and this customer was really making a scene, but despite that the employees treated them with respect and the rest of the customers in line understood how ridiculous it was.
All while that was going on the employees still managed to get our orders done. The Ice cream and milkshakes were amazing, the maturity of the employees was amazing, and overall I think people need to be more patient! It’s ice cream, it’s not that deep, we’re here to have fun and enjoy life.
I will for sure be coming back here the next time my family and I are craving a treat! ? Great treats, great service, and for as busy as they got the place was still very clean!

We are from Mississippi and took our family out for dinner. Afterward, we decided to get us some ice cream about 20 minutes before closing time. 6 adults and 3 children. We were greeted with three angry employees that expressed their frustration openly with heads shaking in disgust that we came in at that time and began talking to each other about having to deal with us and saying we ain't getting out of here util 11 now. It made it hard for me to place an order, which most of us did except two adults just said, "Never mind."
I took the time after we paid to express my disappointment as to their attitude were very unwelcoming and that they are open until 10pm and that means sometimes people will come in close to that time it's just they way it is. I apologized even though I didn't need to and said you need to be better than that in the future. It's not good for business. I took a lot to keep my anger in check but did so. But I will never do business their again. It was today, 4-7-23, two young men and one female. All had bad attitudes and no integrity at all..

Ridiculously stale cookies and rude workers. The only person who would help me was the younger black kids. I have never had such horrible service or horrible cookies from here. Those cookies were beyond stale and were obviously days old. For what they charge, you can at least bake cookies daily. Just nasty! We will not be back.

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BUSINESSES BEING RUN BY CHILDREN!!!! They are rude and not equipped to handle tough situations that arise. Then when you ask, “when will your general manager be in to speak with,” the children aren’t allowed to tell you when the adults will be available. I didn’t want a phone number….just a time! I will try to contact this business owner Monday morning and will be happy to leave a review every day I am unsuccessful!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with both Zack’s. They were both very helpful and were very entertaining. They made our visit so enjoyable! Very nice young men!! Keep up the great work guys!
