This is fine dining in Headland. Dining here is a wonderful event that you need to enjoy. Don't go if you are in a hurry as each meal is the finest in dining and not fast food. The taste of the entrees is out of this world. Some of the best steaks that I have ever had.
Don't forget to order desserts as they are absolutely divine.
Whitney & her staff have made a destination restaurant in Headland.

In our quest to find good food and great drinks we found the Bottle Tree in Headland. From the starters, the drinks and the main course the food was delicious. The fried okra and comeback sauce is so delicious. The stuffed mushrooms and captures salad were excellent. Let me tell you if you’re a lightweight like me the grapefruit martini will have you giggling. The sip of the blueberry martini was so tasty and refreshing. The ribeyes with mashed potatoes and summer vegetables were perfect. I can’t wait to come back for more pecan praline bread pudding. The Headland Bottletree everything was excellent from beginning to end. So glad we decided to dine with you all.

The Headland Bottletree is a quaint, family friendly restaurant that has fantastic food and excellent customer service. The collard green egg rolls were next level. The smoked duck breast was unique and the 8oz filet was almost as good as big Mike’s which says a lot. Overall, 10/10 and we will go back! Absolutely delicious!

It was our first time there and the restaurant was neat and clean and won’t be our last time here!! Very friendly service! We had fried Oakra and cheese curd's. Just great!! Our daughter had a simple kids cheese burger slider and fries and she enjoyed it. My wife had the filet with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts and I had the 12 oz ribeye with the same sides and the steaks were delicious and cooked to the way we liked. And hands down the best steak I’ve had in awhile. The chocolate bread pudding was so good and the crème brûlée also! Our server was great! I can’t wait to try the lobster ravioli next we go.

It was my 1st time eating here; I was invited for a birthday dinner. It was well worth the 35 min drive. This is a hidden gem! The owner is a really sweet lady who inherited the restaurant from her mother - she stopped by our table & spoke with us for a little bit. The atmosphere is loud with conversation and the hustle and bustle of restaurant noises, which I enjoy.

I ordered a blackberry margarita. It was delicious & I could definitely taste the tequila. I also had fried okra, collard egg rolls, and stuffed mushrooms. The fried okra was fresh, seasoned perfectly, & crunchy - came with a dipping sauce similar to Zax sauce. The collard egg roll was interesting. It tastes like greens & crispy cornbread all in one. The stuffed mushrooms were amazing. They had cream cheese & bacon in them with a balsamic glaze - yum! For my entree, I had the ribeye with crispy Brussel sprouts, mashed sweet potatoes, and a Ceasar salad. The ribeye was juicy & grilled to perfection. Those were the best mashed sweet potatoes I’ve ever had- a must try! The Brussel sprouts were a little too crispy for my liking. The Ceasar salad was good. We ordered strawberry bread budding and cinnamon vanilla creme brûlée for dessert. Both were delicious!! The bread pudding was fluffy and fruity. The crème brûlée tasted like a cinnamon roll. So. Good.

Overall, I really enjoyed this place. The servers were great - each one who passed by would ask if we were okay or needed anything. My ticket was less than $80. I would go back to this place for sure! If you are thinking about going, GO!!

Die hard foodie here, with what some would call "too high standards" when it comes to food. As a self taught cook/restaurant owner I can't say enough about the food. This plate especially. My goodness they knocked it out of the park with the most perfectly seasoned and cooked filet I've ever been served, paired with creamy, buttery, mouthwatering loaded mashed potatoes, and fried okra that would embarrass a lot of southern grandma's. This was the most delicious plate of food I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Kudos to Jess and the rest of the kitchen staff!!!
The service was top notch as well. Brianne took such good care of us, as usual. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Can't recommend this place more.

With limited options on elevated dining in the area, from Dothan to Enterpise and the surrounding towns, The Bottle Tree stands to win over the local communities with a elevated dining experience but mixed with southern hospitality and attention.

The steak was fantastic, an experienced cooking staff was apparent from the first few bites, and topping this off was the owners (I belive she was) attention, asking for temperature and taste.

The serving staff is well trained, the rolling menu of specials does seem to throw off ours on exact ingredients, but promptly returned from the kitchen when we asked for the details of the dishes we ordered.

The timing for the entree and desert was perfect, again showing a well rehearsed staff. In conclusion, even with only one visit, the food will always be some of the best in a 200 mile radius. I will continue to observe the wait staffs dedication to the craft, and see what new improvements and connections this diamond in the rough hopes to achieve. Delicious.
