Edit: After receiving more information, I decided to leave an updated review with the goal of being helpful to any of Dr. Carr's current or future patients.

Dr Carr is high-tempo, this comes with the benefit of on-time appointments and little wasted or waiting time during the appt. However, you will want to know ahead of time any questions you need to have covered or problem spots you need looked at, literally bring in a paper if you need to, in retrospect I should have done this at my past full body exam.

Also, avail yourself of the patient portal: I had lingering questions and did not feel I could get them addressed, but apparently Dr. Carr is very responsive to patient portal questions etc. If you don't want to use the portal, he has indicated being open to responding to questions over the phone.

My original negative review was due to leaving my last two appointments dissatisfied on communication / expectation fronts, feeling as if not all my questions were answered fully or not all my skin was fully checked. But Dr Carr personally reached out to me to make sure that I had all my questions answered, and was very sincere and polite (as he always is). He also explained his process more in-depth and re-assured me that he does indeed check fully and that he only brings up things that may be problems unless asked to do otherwise. I feel that in fairness to his good faith I need to amend my review.

Dr Carr is very brisk in his appointments. I have never felt like I have gotten less value for my money from any medical professional ever. He comes in and flies out in such a short amount of time. He doesn't really anticipate any questions you may have, and by the time you think of what you need to ask or say, he's gone.

Might just be the most efficient Doctors office in existence. They make a Chick-fil-A drive through seem slow….seriously you are seen on time, staff is friendly, the doc listens, like actually listens, but is still attentive to their job/analysis. They even have signs to alert the front desk staff if you’ve waited more than 15 minutes. I was in and out in 16 minutes…as a new patient….and I felt listened to, was properly taken care of, got plenty of time with the doctor, and set up for later, and back about my day. Never has a doctor’s appointment gone anywhere near as smooth and efficient as this….it was shocking. Office is nice and clean too!

To start off, this might be the cleanest building I've ever been in. It was seriously pristine.

My wife referred me here. She has always had great things to say. I scheduled an appointment online and they called to get me in the same day. All of the staff I spoke to were pleasant. I saw Rachel Damon to address some concerns. She was amazing. She explained everything, answered all of my questions, and let me know what all they offered at their facility. I never felt pushed or rushed I'm drawing a blank on her nurses name, but she was great as well.

This practice seems to function on the rare combination of efficiency and thoroughness. Highly recommend.

I had a very good experience recently. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Spent very little time waiting once I got there and was out quickly as well. The facility is very nice. Would recommend.

Amazing office! I arrived a few minutes early and was taken right back. The doctor was actually in the room within minutes of the nurse finishing her questions. All the issues he found he handled immediately, I didn't have to make a second appointment. Kind, efficient and just overall a great experience.

I am glad I chose this clinic, without any recommendations. Maybe this review will help someone else too. Always received my appts here very quick. I had 4 small surgical procedures for abnormal skin issues done here in 9 months by two doctors, Dr.Rivera and Dr.Carr, like them both a lot. Each time everything went so smooth and quick, they listened to my questions, were very kind and patient, and professional. I appreciated that they gave me options according to my lifestyle, not pushing anything. My wounds healed up nice. Nurses were nice and caring. Facility is new, pleasant and very clean. They are on time, never had to wait.

I am always amazed at the level of courteous, friendly and respectful assistance at the front Desk and 2nd floor desk, for my appointment.
The nurses and Doctor Damon are fantastic.
Your whole staff is a perfect model of the care, friendly and professional attitude that other medical personnel could learn from.
