I recently visited Top Nails, and I can confidently say that these are the best nails I've ever had! At 34, I've been to my fair share of salons, but this experience truly went above and beyond.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff took their time to understand exactly what I wanted, and their attention to detail was truly impressive. I walked in an hour before close. I was greeted, signed in and seated at a station within 5 minutes. My tech was Rayan; he was thorough, gentle, kind and I am overall pleased. I have severe social anxiety so conversation is hard for me with someone I'm unfamiliar with; while there wasnt much conversation between Rayan and myself he never seemed offended or inconvenienced. I've been to a few different salons in the Madison area and everyone of them I typically end up with cuticle discomfort from over trimming, my nail bed being burned by the dremel or over scrutinizing my manicure when I leave. None of this occurred at Top Nails! I have been looking for a place to get semi-regular dip nails and this may very well be it. I highly recommend.

I went in a week ago for a simple basic set of acrylics. Within three days 1 had popped off, I went back in and they replaced it at no charge.
but not before the nail tech painted it the wrong color without even asking me what color it was. She even asked me if it was ok to have a different color and seemed to be offended when I said “no”.

Exactly one week after I got them another one popped off. I went back and they replaced it. This morning I woke up and another was gone! I’m not going back again. The distance and time expense is not worth it because It’s not even close to me. I just went there because it got good reviews and it was convenient. I have been getting my nails done on and off for over 20 years and have never never had this happen. I won’t go here again.

Update: I added a second picture now just 10 days after my nail set. How embarrassing to have to walk around like this because the all popped off within a few minutes of each other and I am at work!

I don’t do any work with my hands that would cause them to come off like this. I paid $50 for press on nails.

I have gone twice now and the nails were done very well Luke is very nice and doesn’t rush. It’s very affordable, the place is relaxing and nicely decorated. I broke a nail and they got me in same day. Only thing I can say bad was the 2nd time I had my appointment I called to say I’d be 5min late and my nail tech wasn’t even in and no one called me to even say that or reschedule. But they did get me in the next day.

I love coming here because I’m always satisfied Tom is the best nail tech and he ensures you’re happy before you leave and if you’re not he will make sure you taken care of as soon as he can. He is quick but efficient. He doesn’t rush and he builds rapport!! Come here for your nail, pedicure and brow needs!!

This is my place to get my toes done. I need someone to deal with ingrown toe nails. I run and dig my toes in my shoes. They are so amazing with making sure to get them all fixed up. I have been here many times and enjoy coming back every time.
