I requested a white and gold color powder for my nails, the powder only shows the gold; then I asked for a nice design with lines on my big toes, but was very disappointed. I would rather have had the nail tech Lily tell me that she is not skilled to do nail designs rather than to waste my time and put 2 simple lines in my big toes. She already knew I was not happy with the color of my nails then to add the lines on my big toes that she did, just made me even more disappointed in the service that I received.
Update.....5 days later....I called the salon to speak to the owner, but the owner was busy with a client. I guess the owner is still busy because, I have yet to hear from them. I knew they weren't going to call me back. They made their money from me and are satisfied, but I'm not. Why tell me to contact you about the issue if you weren't going to correct the issue?

Got my nails done 4 days ago at this salon and the top coat started to chip off on one nail after the first day. I went back, and they reapplied a different top coat on the one nail, but now all of my nails are starting to chip away. I paid $75 for these nails, and although they look great, they don’t even last me a week!

My partner and I visited Beyond Nail Spa for gel polish. My partner had a male, who was quiet and professional. Their nails are 100% perfect. My lady was just okay. She put the first layer on all blobby which made for a thick and bumpy result. I would give her 2.5/5 stars. Overall, we will go back.

This is the best nail spa in the city! I’ve been going for over a year and they don’t disappoint. They tend to get pretty busy so I definitely recommend having an appointment if you can. They do great work and they’re always friendly and professional.

Will not be going back. Went in for a full set of acrylic and gel polish. The guy doing my nails was 20 min behind my appointment time. No one thought to tell me that he was running behind so I just sat there with no clue how long it was going to be. Once in the chair, he say a word to me really, just asked what shape I wanted. When he was doing the acrylic it took forever. He was really slow (I appreciate someone taking their time, but,)and they ended up not the same shape at all. After placing the acrylic he cut every single one of my cuticles with the dremel. I yanked my hand away multiple times because it hurt. It was like he went from taking his time to rushing, as they where closed and I was there past closing, due to their inability to maintain their schedule. He also left a like, shelf of acrylic under my nail. On to painting, he painted one finger at a time. One. then light. then one on the other hand, then light, back and fourth. Ive never had anyone do that and it took even longer. He also used his VERY sharp and hard thumb nail to "fix" where he missed and got the gel on my skin (Normal) but he pushed so hard and did it over and over again it was very painful, and even after all of that the paint is still on my skin, and it looks not so great. At the end he used a squirt bottle to spray my nails with alcohol and oh my did it burn on every single nail because of all the little cuts he made on my cuticles. No cuticle oil, nothing, just OK you're done.
I have been getting my nails done for years and this was terrible. Stay away.

Hanna did an awesome job! I was really indecisive when I came in on what to do for my manicure and she helped guide me towards a great, final product! So grateful for her professionalism and her talent. I pre booked my next appointment when I left I was that impressed!! Looking forward to it ?

Atmosphere was relaxing everyone was pleasant….. polish looks good pedicure was relaxing.
But nails are uneven I asked it to be fixed once and he just kept over doing it so I didn’t say anything else
I am a licensed professional and just moved from out of state and prefer someone else to do my nails. Given all the high reviews I was disappointed to say the least…..
