EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and BELOW Average Service. Two Pedicures & painting my nails cost $170!!! I asked why and was told gel nails are more expensive ? My mani gels peeled off after a week!!! The manicure I paid for was just her painting my nails. My so-called deluxe pedicure was the same as an average pedicure. In fact, the person next to me getting an average pedi was still there after my deluxe!!!!

i learned the lesson the hard way. please do not use this nail salon while my pedicure was great i got extremely screwed over on the nails. i told them i did not like them and i would rather pay for what they had done but i would like to leave. yet they insisted i stay and let them finish. they still look AWFUL and i let them knew i still HATED them. yet i stilled ended up paying $95. just take my advice and don’t go.

Just moved to Alabama from Chicago & was looking for a new nail salon so I tried J & J Nails. By far, the worst acrylic nails I have ever had. Will be taking them off as soon as possible. Technician was disinterested in her work and never asked if I was satisfied. I explained that I did not like the shape and she seemed very put off. Went through the motions of filing to the shape I told her I wanted in the beginning. Again, never asked if I was satisfied. No clean up on backs of nails. Absolutely no conversation but the few necessary questions to do the work at hand. No customer service at all. Will not be back. Waste of my time and money.

I usually do not write negative reviews, but I will make an exception for the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I went in to get my nails and toes done and brought a friend with me. Obviously you go to a salon to get pampered, but they basically dunked our toes in water and painted them. They showed us pamphlets with $45-$65 pedicures in them, and when we told them we just wanted regular pedicures they just painted our toes. I've never been to a salon where they don't at least rub lotion on my feet with a basic pedicure. The worst part was my nail tech, she was so rude and didn't spend any time on my nails. She didn't push back my cuticles, check to make sure they were cut same length, or file them like I asked her to. She didn't even put bottom coat on my nails, which I have never had happen to me in a salon, I ended up fixing my nails at home. Only three days later my color started chipping off my toes and my nails look like they will need to be filled in a few days. We were in and out of there so quickly because they obviously thought we were a waste of time, or at least that's how we were treated. Just to top things off I overpaid for the service I was given. I advise you to look somewhere else to spend your money, there are plenty of salons that will give you the treatment you pay for.

Went in for pedicure, last time I was there 30. For a really nice basic pedicure,
Now 40. For basic, not nearly the time or effort spent by the newer employee, for 40. I exoect at least a 20 minute experence...Basic is just that VERY BASIC, spent mkre time waiting than for pedicure. Do my own for alot less.

PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY! The older woman who did my nails rushed through and did not care that she left my nails with gaps in them or that there was so much paint on my actual finger. I asked for gel polish only. She lied and said that she told me she asked if I wanted a manicure. Do not attend this facility. Poor quality and extremely unprofessional. They forced me to pay for a service I didn’t ask for AFTER having to correct my nails.
