Anthony is THE BEST!! I had a great experience at this Midas location! I was having the worst day with my car issues and they made my life so much easier. They were able to answer all my questions, assist me with financing options, and service my vehicle very quickly and effectively. If you have car issues don’t go anywhere else and waste your time. Go to this location on 231 and you will leave happy!

My experience at this location was absolutely amazing. I stopped by to get an alignment and they got me taken care of in under 30 mins. Anthony and Austin were very professional, polite, and took all precautions with pulling in and out my car since it sits low to the ground. This location should be listed as #1 based off the service you are provided.

Took my vehicle here because it felt off after having new tires put on at Walmart. Matt explained that it was because they didn't tighten the bolt things on them. He was very helpful. Anthony, the manager, helped to calm my nerves about the whole ordeal. Both employees really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience!

The coolant reservoir and corresponding water pump in my 2018 Buick Encore burst and caused antifreeze to leak and my engine to overheat to the point that I couldn't drive the car. I took it to Midas the same morning and Chris quoted the repair.There was some issues getting in touch with my warranty company (CNA National) for two days (during business hours) and got no response. We decided to proceed with the work until we could get in touch since this is the only car I have.The company initially refused payment because we had already started the work before they reviewed the claim, but Chris continued to contact the company and got about 70% of the bill covered in addition to the repair being completed within a day or two.

Once the repair was complete, I drove my car for about a week and a half and decided to get my oil changed. During the inspection, the technician informed me that antifreeze was leaking from my car. They gave me a quote that stated what needed to be replaced. What came as a surprise was that everything listed was what should have been replaced 2 weeks prior (water outlet housing, etc). I went back to Midas and had them check the car. I was informed that everything was fine except the thermostat seal needed to be replaced. I was told that it wasn't replaced because it wasn't apart of the original kit. I was even more surprised to find out that Austin was "concerned" about the seal holding, but no one informed me, and let me drive the car anyway. Apparently, coolant had been still leaking since then.

They offered to complete the repair with the new part, but informed me that it was on back order. Fast forward about 3 weekend, and I still have leaking antifreeze and no word on when the part will arrive. After calling for weeks and receiving little to no information, I finally gave up dealing with them and decided to take my car to another shop. The new shop informed me that not only was the thermostat seal worn, but the water outlet housing and hoses were also cracked, which again, should have been caught and replaced.

I still believe that Chris did a great job during the initial process, but I'm mostly disappointed with the lack of thoroughness and communication during the diagnosis of my car and following the repair, which end up costing me $545 in addition to the $350 I already spent at Midas.

They may be great when it comes to routine maintenance, but I wouldn't recommend them for repair service.

I recently took my car to this Midas, the manager, Anthony was very friendly, and made sure I knew everything going on with my car whether is was big or small things. Matt was very quick and thorough, and made sure everything was done correctly. Would highly recommend this Midas!!

Midas is always my go to for issues with my car. They are always very friendly and very professional. I've brought my 2021 VW here twice for repairs. Today i am here again with my 2024 VW because I have already managed to get a flat tire. They were very quick with getting me in and repairing my tire. I recommend you come to the Meridianville location for repairs. Thank you all so much.

Midas in Meridianville why would you go
anywhere else!! You can always get in and get car serviced. Anthony the owner and Matt the tech are professional, efficient, skilled and just plain country friendly. No reason to go to Huntsville or the dealerships. Highly Recommend!!!
