Just went cuz I wanted my nails cleaned, shaped and polished. . .
Nails uneven, crooked, still dirt underneath plus got polish on my cuticles and all.
I don't do nail shops. Damn sho won't be goin bacc ta this one. . . I think my 11 year old daughter would've done better for jus a KoolAid jammer

I will always go here. Ivy cares about her customers and it shows. Her mom is very detailed with the pedicures . I just can't say enough. Please go and experience the services that they offer.

I have been using Ivy and her mom for years and have always had wonderful service, but unfortunately due to a conversation she was having with another customer about religion, Catholicism specifically due to recent events in the news, and how horrible Catholics were. She made the comment that Catholics weren't true Christians because we didn't read the bible and some other false beliefs she has about my faith. If you are going to speak about my faith, please educate yourself so you can understand and have a true knowledge of what Catholics believe. Additionally, don't lump me in with a few bad apples from billions of good people. You never know whose sitting in your shop and who you are offending. You absolutely have the right to your opinion no matter how uninformed you are, but those particular opinions should not be discussed in your place of business. It just cost you a very good long time customer.

I love ivy, her mom and her family!! She is the best nail salon in mobile city. I have been getting my nails done there since I was 17 and she has never let me down. She take her time with you and even on busy days she does not do a rush job. Great customer service. I know there are other good nail salons in mobile but if yu haven’t been to Nails By Ivy you should definitely try her out.

I was passing through Mobile and needed a refill badly. Ivy and her Mom took care of me like I was their most important customer. My nails and feet look perfect and I appreciate the special care that was taken with my sprained ankle during my pedi. Nails By Ivy is a must try.
