Frank has been there for my dad for several years, treating him so kind, before his passing, and also for me when I needed him. When all hope seems lost, he's full of knowledge This is a very concerned intelligent, and smart pharmacist, Knowledge ,and wisdom beyond his years. There's no other like him. You just can find'em like him anymore..

I went to pick up my RX’S yesterday and one of the employees said out loud the name of one of my RX’S had been too early to fill when I called it in but they would fill it while I waited. I then asked if the patch was ready and again she said yes and that my other Rx (she said the name of it out loud too) was ready. Then when she checked me out she removed the sign-in sheet from the holder that covers up names and I signed it with full view of all names and signatures on the page. Three HIPAA violations from one person. I worked in pharmacy for 16 years and I know you are taught what the violations are and you also have to do yearly ce’s on HIPAA.

I was recently on vacation in Dauphin Island, and forgot one of my prescriptions back home in Arkansas. I found Conwell’s pharmacy online and had my doc send my prescription in to them to be filled. This has to be the nicest staff and pharmacist I’ve ever been to. My medicine was sent in very close to their closing time, and they were able to run my insurance and fill my prescription with very little wait time. All while being extremely kind and helpful! Thank you guys so much for the help! You went above and beyond

The pharmacist is always available and willing to assist and answer questions. The pharmacy techs are professional as well as friendly and treat everyone as family and cares about what they need. We love Conwells pharmacy, a community pharmacy!
