I have been going to Professionail for over 10 years. The staff there are always friendly and accommodating....they are pro's at what they do and they dont rush, but are fast! I think the prices are reasonable and the quality is top notch!!

One guy there is very rude! I sign my name in when I got there and clearly wrote that I wanted a fill in, I had to correct him when he tried to call someone else name before mines. So I get to the back finally after waiting almost an hour and he's wanting to soak my nails off. I asked him what are you doing? He said loudly "DO you want a Full set". I said no I need a fill in! He's goes back and forth with me about what he said and what I said, but clearly I said and wrote that I wanted a fill in! He breaths hard and tells me to sit at another chair! I politely got up and left! He followed me to the door and yelled out the door BYE!!! As if he was glad I was leaving! I'm never going back there again! So unprofessional!

I like this nails salon. Every time I go I get great services, I usually get full set/Pedi. I go to him every two weeks and wont miss an appointment.

Very busy but they were very professional
I paid 45.00 for my nails, I got gel nail polish I didn't ask for, I'm simple just wanted regular nail polish, but he did a good job, so it was a extra 10.00 for the gel.

The tech I had was sweet.. very nice.. she actually held a conversation with me.. usually when I get my nails done at other shops.. they hardly talk.. all business.. I hope she has a happy healthy baby.. and stays healthy herself..?

I’m a nail bitter and no matter how short my nails be when I go in, I always leave out very satisfied.Not once have they ever rushed and did my nails, they Always take their time and you can see the passion in their eyes.I recommend them especially if you are a nail bitter like me and think there is no way they can do these.Miracles happens here I am a living testimony.
