Wonderful Experience at Bellagio Nail and Spa!

I had such an amazing time at Bellagio Nail and Spa! From the moment I walked in, the salon felt clean, modern, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.

The nail technicians are true professionals—my pedicure turned out even better than I expected! They paid close attention to detail, ensuring every nail looked perfect. I also loved the wide variety of colors available, plus the high-quality products they use.

The service was smooth and efficient without feeling rushed, giving me the perfect balance of pampering and care. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Bellagio Nail and Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch nail salon experience!

I swear by Bellagio and always recommend them! I've been to nail salons all over the city and they have the best consistency with quality of work for manicures (I get dip) and pedis. I have even brought in my 2 young daughters to have kids manis done and they lasted for at least a week and if you have kids you know thats impressive!! They are always friendly and kind and I have used several of the professionals there. If there is ever a problem I've had with any service I can always come back in for a repair of whatever kind without any issues. I won't go anywhere else. I love the staff here.

Disappointing Experience at Bellagio Nails & Spa

My recent visit to Bellagio Nails & Spa left me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated with their level of service and professionalism. Upon entering the establishment, I was met with a series of miscommunications and unprofessional behavior that marred what should have been a routine nail appointment.

From the moment I walked in, the confusion began. Despite confidently stating my desired service—a clear dip— to the lady attending to another customer, I was met with repeated inquiries from multiple staff members, each seeming oblivious to my initial request. Despite my persistence, it took nearly 40 minutes for them to attend to me, with each staff member suggesting alternative services despite my clear preference.

When I finally sat down with a technician, I reiterated my request for a clear dip, emphasizing my desire for a natural look. Despite assuring me that he understood, the technician proceeded to apply the dip without adhering to my specifications. I intervened and showed him examples of their previous work, he failed to rectify the mistake and instead abruptly ended the session.

The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by the staff at Bellagio Nails & Spa was appalling. Spending nearly two hours in the establishment only to leave without receiving the requested service was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. Had they been unable to accommodate my request, I would have preferred honesty over the string of unfulfilled promises and dismissive attitudes.

My experience at Bellagio Nails & Spa was marred by incompetence and unprofessionalism.

This is my first visit here to Bellagio & Spa. My nail technician was Don. He doesn’t talk much, he’s dry and short with you. He seems mean but he probably just not a people person lol. However his attention to detail is perfect. He will give you what you ask for. His work is top notch and your nails will be flawless.

Vivi is phenomenal I have been knowing her and she has been my pedicurist for about 14yrs. She has such humbling spirit and welcoming personality. The facility is always clean. I would not let anyone else touch my feet. Try her out for yourself, you won't be disappointed
