Terrible Experience, was my first time going to them. They’re unsanitary, dip in the same acrylic powder for everyone. They didn’t clean or disinfect their tools. He just used a drill on my nails didn’t clean up my cuticles, which was the main reason for me going. Sloppy application of nails and design left polish and some acrylic on my skin. They had the nerve to over charge me. When I asked why was the service so high, they stated they already added themselves a $40 tip. They need to be shutdown, there’s no way they’re passing health inspections. I’m a licensed Esthetician and saw so many red flags, cross contamination etc. I should’ve left when I saw him used the same jar of acrylic for everyone. Went with a friend because she said they were good, she lied!!

Appointment was at 11 and I got a pedicure just my toes painted and a dip powder full set and it’s 12:45 and I have left. Quick services, didn’t get my tech name but she was the only African American in there. She was super nice and professional. My nails are literally what I showed her. I was told at first they didn’t have my color in the dip and when I sat in front of her and showed her what I wanted she was like we do have that color and she got it. I love my nails. She paid attention to detail as well. My onlyyyy critic is that one of my nails is slightly crooked.

This wae my 1st visit. I'm happy with my results. I got a gel pedi 40 i got gel nails price vary based on length and other factors. I paid 60 nails by Andy. Eye by D3bbie. This place is busy so I'm going to make appointment next time.

I've been getting my feet done at Perfect Nails for over 7 years. Mrs. Pauline is the ticket. She is so kind and patient! The entire staff is awesome!! Check 'em out and ask for Mrs. Pauline! She'll have your toes flossing and glossing like mine! ?

Update: No change here. Still great service!

I have had better service in the past. The service and quality of work has gotten worse, but the prices increased. They rushed and skipped parts they shouldn’t have and the finished product was a disaster. Glen filed most of my skin off of my toes during my pedicure and charged almost $100 for lumpy uneven nails. He was almost very short with me when I tried to remind him of parts he skipped. I’ve never been this unhappy with a pedicure. I have been coming here for years, but this will be my last visit!

WOW! All I can say is wow. This was a horrible experience for me and my sister. We came in here excited and ready to get our nails done. I literally can do my own nails I just wanted a break and to relax. They do notttt treat with care. And the pictures you see on their website are seriously from google!! I promise they came not do nails. They don’t trim cuticles just using drill for EVERYTHING. They are extremely rude and impatient. . Please don’t go!
