Tony helped me out today. He was knowledgable, quick and very kind. He changed out my battery with great attention to detail and quality. In fact, Tony changed out the battery so fast my wife was amazed at how quickly my return trip home was from the store and questioned me a couple times if I actually went already. Lol. The lady that work at this Autozone is the best! She is always willing to help and try her best to understand what you need. There is a skinny tall guy that works there. He has the worst customer service attitude ever. He is always treating my husband bad and you can tell that it’s because my husband is Hispanic. He always thinks my husband is trying to do something he is not supposed to or trying to cheat them money. My husband works on cars so he is there a lot. Today he would not even print my husband a receipt from a purchase he did on Friday that he could have obviously look up under my husband’s phone number. He is the only one in that store that will not call my husband by his name. That shows you how much my husband is in there and how much this man dislikes him. Everybody else always show kindness and respect. We have to go out of our way to other Autozone stores to get parts because we don’t want to deal with him sometimes. We have mentioned to other people at other stores about this guy and they always tell us that people complain about him too. So no it’s not just us. We don’t want anything but to be helped when we walk in there and stop being treated like liars or criminals. My husband depends a lot of stores like this and it’s very inconvenient not being able to just go around the block and get what we need. Besides this guy, everybody it’s a pleasure there! They are amazing and we truly appreciate the respect we get from them. The ladies have even walked outside to see my baby in the car and say hi to him. Hopefully this helps so something can be done about his behavior. He is the face of the store and what represents Autozone and so far he is far from great customer service. But we are more than grateful for the help we get from the sweet lady there. The muscle shoals store and the Florence blvd store are great stores too!

The gentleman that waited on me was very helpful, he changed out my old air filter with the new one and cleaned the terminals on my battery. I recommend this store!

U buy a 70$ wire harness pig tail hook it up doesn't work then u can't return it cause u don't have the box anymore its pathetic to sell a product thats made out of 7$ sell it for 70$ with no returns basically I'll never buy from autozone first time buying anything always did business with oreillys I'll always still with oreillys

I just want to brag on this store. AutoZone is always the parts house I go to. They are always extremely helpful, esp since I'm a woman and don't know much about working on cars. But the guy at the store on Wood Ave went above and beyond. I can't even put into words how appreciative I am. Thank you!!!

I want to thank Marie Watson, a 25+ year employee of AutoZone. I was far from home and had severe car trouble. She was a super hero and me got parts I needed and her loaned me her own tools to allow me to fix the issue. It was comforting to know she was a professional!! Thanks Maria and Merry Christmas.
