Do not buy from this dealership. Purchased a vehicle from the dealership and Robert was the salesman. Had the car delivered and the vehicle leaked oil within minutes. Robert was pushing the envelope on getting the money as the vehicle was AS-IS. He and the dealership claimed they had no knowledge of the leak which is garbage as each car has to be checked. Took the vehicle to the Buick dealership in Athens and even the dealership stated that the car should not been sold unless the buyer takes that risk. Robert stated that if I take it to a dealership that they will look at it and see if they will fix or not. The car wasn't cleaned or nothing. The transporter even stated that the vehicle is nasty and unacceptable. I called my bank to halt payment and now I spoiled my surprise for my kiddo. Stay away from this dealership and the sales personnel. I'm glad they didn't get the money or I would have been outta luck. If the vehicle is not fixed and cleaned, the dealership where I left it can deal with. Robert, as a salesman, it let's me know that you were not forthcoming and honest. I served my country and as a veteran, we honor and are truthful about things good, bad, or indifferent. This dealership is a lackluster business that will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and I will take legal action if necessary.

Update as of 11/23/24:
The vehicle has been at the shop for a week. Robert mentioned that his manager stated they will not fix because I didn't get back to them at a reasonable time. If the dealership hasn't looked at it, how would I know? DO NOT BELIEVE ROBERT OR USE THIS DEALERSHIP AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I will take legal action.

Excellent service from Greenville Chevrolet today. Stopped to get lunch while traveling and came back to our truck to find a flat tire. Tried calling several Tire shops listed under emergency road service and nobody would come out. Greenville Chevrolet was close so we called them. They sent someone out right away with an air tank, they aired the tire enough for us to get to their service center, fixed our tire as soon as we arrived and got us back on the road. Many thanks to the awesome team at Greenville Chevrolet!

I came in to the dealership and the sales people were excellent with helping me and assisting me in the right direction with buying a new vehicle. They took there time to be patient with me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and better people to do business with. I will not go anywhere else to buy any other vehicles other than Greenville Chevrolet. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is in a market for a vehicle even with trading your car in, they gave me top dollar where other dealerships weren't trying to give me what the vehicle was worth. My family and I were very pleased and thankful!!

My experience was phenomenal. Found the car I wanted. Had a few issues on Vehicle before purchasing, but Kimberly went above and beyond to help me with getting those issues fixed. Service was really nice and helpful. I look forward to future visits on routine oil changes. I am beyond in love with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. They offered several different warranty options that fit within my budget of car buying. I couldn't have asked for a better sales woman. Thank you, greenville Chevrolet and huge thanks to Kimberly. Keep driving past this place and head to dodge. This place could of cared less about my flat tire and just sent me packing SMH I was more than willing to pay I just needed help.
