Disappointed is an understatement….
I got a classic pedicure with french tips. I was charged TWENTY $ extra for the french tips. Their menu did not say that there would be an up charge and if there was, I would have been fine with $5-10 but $20 is absolutely ridiculous, especially when it looks this bad. She also cut my nails SUPER short to the point where they are sore. Lines are crooked and uneven so bad that my friend and husband even pointed it out. ?‍‍‍?

Never been to a nail salon where you hear Christian music playing! How wonderful! No matter which nail technician you get, you receive amazing service. Gel Nails is top notch!

Amazing!! The cleanest and nicest place in town. If you struggle with strong smells this is THE PLACE to go. It's always fresh and easy to breathe. Great nails, great pedis, great service!!! 12/10 recommend!

I didn’t mind that I waited a half hour to be seen after my scheduled time. The staff was cordial. However, the gel polish make my nails look too thick and the sides and very tips had no polish! It was $55 just for a cut down and acrylic fill in with gel polish!!! I’m not satisfied at all.

If you go to gel nail spa, Anthony does an incredible job! These are one of my favorite sets I’ve ever gotten.

They are the best!! I had seen someone with their nails done ombre style and asked if they could do it for me. I get the dip on my nails and they didn't have the product to easily do the ombre, but Mya made it happen. She used what she had and made it work!! Also, they are always updating and making improvements and additions, not only in their space but also in their products and services. They've recently gotten new message chairs (wonderful!). Always a great experience.

I went today for a walk in, I noticed right away how clean everything was. The bowls are lined with plastic too. I was seated almost immediately with Hillary. She's was very gentle, kind and did a great job on my pedicure! I had never had a pedicure before so I was a bit nervous during the clipping and cuticle trimming parts but she checked in periodically to make sure I was doing okay. Thank you Hillary!
