The nail techs, environment and atmosphere was everything ✨❤️ but it did however take 3 and a half hours for a natural looking set. No color. Small imperfections. She did ask me if I saw anything wrong but I just wanted to see did she. So maybe it was just the holidays. I will return to really decide. Maybe my set was too plain for her idk ?

Kay was very positive and professional. She discussed with me ways to maintain my nail health as well as keep them looking good. She does foot detox, natural nails, manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylics whatever you need Kay can do it.

I love this place! I got my nails done by a lady name Jasmine Trip she did a custom marble and ombre set. I had an awesome pedicure that was done by Jade! I highly recommend this place!

This location has a technician that is named Emmee she’s a horrible stylist she did my hair and forgot to put the glue on the hair so I didn’t unravel!!! Well needless to say my hair started unraveling and I called her and showed her the pictures of my hair, she told me that she would refund me my money and still hasn’t. I’m the kind of customer that tips very well for all my services. This is the second time that she messed up my hair!! I should have learned my lesson but me trying to give the benefit of the doubt I went against my better judgement and I allowed her to try again!!! Wrong wrong wrong!!! She’s a thief and a liar!!! I still haven’t received my money back I had to remove the false locs because they were coming out after the second day!!!! Don’t let this thief do ANY service for you!!! Trust me when I tell you I want to go there and see her but I can’t allow the devil to win!!! She is lucky I’m not like I use to be because about my money I’m a different person!!! She apparently is broke and needs the money so she can have it!!! I should give to charity and of course she’s the charity case!!!! It’s the principle of the matter when you perform a service you should guarantee your work or give a refund!!! It’s not my fault that YOU forgot the glue!!! I’m going to attach photos
