I was unsatisfied with my experience here. They did a very poor job shaping my nails, cutting them too short and not doing a manicure with them service. Then the cost was the same as other places where I get a manicure included. I just got a solid color and asked for almond shape (which was what I currently had it was just grown out) so not a complex ask. Overall it’s wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t good I will have to have my nails fixed by someone else this week. It was overpriced for the quality of work provided. There are other shops in the same area that do a much better job. This location is not to the same level of quality as the location close to the galleria.

Visited Nail Bar 280 for the first time today. The experience was almost great. The tech did a great job. I was offered a drink. I was satisfied with the result of my service. My service was gel polish change on toes. When I checked out, I was charged $40. I know inflation is what it is but OMG! For a polish change? Even if it is gel. If I would’ve gone to my reg salon, I would’ve paid $28 including the removal of the gel polish I had on. Most basic pedicure packages start at $30, $50 for gel polish with pedi. I kinda feel like I should’ve gotten a pedi for that price. I told the guy that was excessive for the service that I received. I won’t be returning but I guess I learned a valuable lesson today. Start asking the price upfront.

I arrived at the nail shop at 6:20 and the guy at the desk told me I came to late to get a pedicure with GEL POLISH.. instead he told me I could only get A POLISH CHANGE WITH REGULAR POLISH! When that’s clearly NOT what I asked for. So I asked him is he refusing my service? And he said “it’s 6:30 and we close at 7:00 you can only get a polish change with regular polish.”Excuse me How are you going to tell me what I can get? Very unprofessional! I decided to leave because why would I spend my money on something I didn’t want!

This place has been my go to for mani pedis for the last year. The last time I went, I could tell that the nail tech was irritated with me and began jerking my arm and fingers around because she said I was stiff and couldn’t relax one of my hands. It was embarrassing, to say the least. She still did a good job, but I don’t think I will be back.

I have been to the Nail Bar 280 2 times now and just booked my 3rd. They are extremely friendly. The place is huge and so clean. They did a fantastic job on my nails and toes. I had a gel manicure the first time and it lasted 4 weeks. (I didn't take the time to go back to have them redone until months later) I had the dip Powder this last time and it still looks fantastic and I am on week 3. I would highly recommend.

I got my nails done on Tuesday. I got a full set and toenail polish change. First off I was shocked it was $135. By Friday one of my nails broke. I came in to get it fixed and the girl is being so rude. I asked her if the powder nails break that easily and she would not even answer me. When you pay that kind of money they should stand behind their work and not get pissef off when they have to fix something! I will never go back.

The Nail Bar 280 is absolutely hands down my favorite place to be pampered! Kim is my nail tech and she is phenomenal! She takes her time, has great customer service skills and is always a pleasure to be around. Ben does my pedicure and he’s gentle, sweet and gets it right every time! If you haven’t been to this location, book your appointment and GO! This place is definitely 5-star quality!!

Great pedicure. Nice spacious and clean environment. The drinks are a nice touch. I will say I can’t figure out how my pedicure turned out to be $75. I’m sure I ordered something I didn’t know. Will be back but will make sure I get pricing breakdown.
