I felt uncomfortable talking to a staff, and also the manager was rude. They said me different amount of money (which I confirmed a lot), and at the end charged different amount (10$ more). When I asked she said “no” and left without explanation. However, I liked how clean she did my nails. I liked my nails. But the service is not really enjoying.

I first visited this establishment with a friend seven months ago and have been a regular customer ever since. The atmosphere is calming, and the nail technicians are courteous and professional.

My daughter and I went to get dip manicures. We were surprised that there was no “manicure” just removal of dip and redip done. But we weren’t that upset by this. However we did this on Monday evening and by Wednesday morning(not even 48 hours) our nails started to crack and chip. Our real nails stated braking because of this. I went back and was told no refunds and I’d have to wait as a walk in and not allowed to make an appointment. Until the next day. I realize that this is their policy on sundays but I wouldn’t have had to be there if it wasn’t for their poor workmanship. Plus I didn’t want to let them mess up my nails again. It says they provide drinks I was never even offered water. It was just an all around bad experience and a costly one as I was paying for 2 of us. Will not be back.

My daughter and I went for pedicures when we were there for parents weekend. Both of our pedicures were rough and rushed. Hers were bleeding and her one toe got so infected she had to go to the dr this week and get put on oral antibiotics. We upgraded to a nicer pedicure. They were done in 18 min. They weren’t busy. We would not go back. My daughter has been in pain and hurts to walk to classes etc.

I was skeptical of this place from what I had heard. But I went yesterday after work because one my normal nail place was Too far out of the way and my nails were in bad shape. I called when I left work at 6:00 and got right in for a pedicure and a fill in with gel. Kim did my nails and I have never been happier with them .

I always got here and get my nails done by Vivian! She is amazing and always goes above and beyond what I ask of her when it comes to designs! She just did my bachelorette party nails and cannot wait for her to do my wedding nails!

My mom, sister, and I come here whenever we want our nails done, because they do such a good job and the customer service is always so nice. Will definitely be back for another set or fill.
