I ordered my cake two weeks in advanced I said I wanted a dinosaur theme for my sons birthday. She said she could do it and I gave her the creative liberty also. Paid half of it in advance. The cake was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11 am right before lunch. The day came for the birthday party and she called me saying she messed up on the cake and that it will be a little late because she needed to fix it. It was supposed to be half chocolate half vanilla. I told her that it was fine there is no need to fix it just leave it all vanilla. Understandably the cake would be late. She called to deliver the cake because I was just going to pick it up. I said that’s fine and I sent her the address. The cake doesn’t get to the party until 2:30pm the party started at 11:30am . She seemed like a nice person I’m just very upset. I really wanted to continue doing business with her but after this experience I will not. The cake was delicious and beautiful I still paid full price. I’m just upset that a place I thought was a professional business was not and made me go through this terrible experience .

I ordered my wedding cake and some cupcakes 1 month in advance. I told her everything I wanted in detail. On my wedding day she called me to ask how I wanted my cake and cupcakes. There were 24 cupcakes, 12 with chocolate filling and 12 with cream cheese filling. The cupcakes were empty, they had no cream cheese and some had a little chocolate. For the cake decoration she wanted me to find and buy the things (decorations). I made full payment the same day I ordered the cake. My cake was delivered late, the wedding was starting at 3:00 pm and she delivered it to me at 4:00 pm. Your lack of professionalism is disrespectful. I was embarrassed when I cut the cake, it looked like rubber. I do not recommend it.
