If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I called last week to schedule a nail appointment. The receptionist "Karen" said she would call me back to confirm my appointment. Never did. I went in at the time for my appointment, and the receptionist at the front desk (didn't give me or name nor wore a name tag) told me the appointment was never made. Mind you, I was waiting for over 10 minutes to even speak to her. She said the students leave at 2 pm and I arrived at 12:30 pm and said it was too late to get gel nails. Never once did she apologize. I asked her for availability next week to schedule an appointment. She took one look at the computer and then walked away. I was completely baffled. I still can't believe this really happened. I wanted to support the students in their learning process, but I believe the management needs some learning as well. The management has poor customer service, poor time management, and poor manners. Do better.

I've visited this place four times, each on a Friday morning. During my first visit, they were open, and I got a decent, affordable haircut. Considering the fact that they're all students, I was understanding. However, on my second visit, they were closed due to a power outage. On my third visit, they ran out of towels and were closed again. On my fourth visit, the door was simply locked with a sign stating they were closed, without any explanation. Overall, the experience has been quite disappointing in every kind of way based on many different experiences.

Ive came in 3 times to try and get a perm done. Each time they tell me to come back another day. The day comes and then they tell me to come back again. Super unorganized and unprofessional. I will be going somewhere else.

Long hair is before. Bob/Lob is after!! The best hair cut I've had in forever. Staff and students very knowledgeable friendly and helpful.

It took a little over 2 hours but that's expected as it's a learning center!! Very meticulous to details and my hair lays lively in my new style.

I am so happy to be spending a day of beauty for myself as I support my friend who attends the SIMI Vally Cosmetology school. I started out with a facial and now I am getting my hair lightened. Pictures to follow! The front desk staff/ educators were friendly and all smiled. The teachers here are so calm and nice. They are helpful and patient with the students . That really makes the clients feel safe:)

The students here seem happy and competent.
The work I’ve seen in the little while I have been here looks great. I think that’s amazing! The teachers are readily available and are on the floor making sure things are going smooth. Another very important point!

The beauty business is my jam so I am most definitely knowledgeable in the salon appointment journey. Thus far I am impressed.

My skin is glowing and feels great! I will take a picture of my skin post facial ; and will
Apply my make up and take photos of my hair when I’m done... also an important note... my hair is actually a color correction. I am a bleached platinum blonde. I let my hair go too long before doing a bleach touch up the last time I did my roots. As a result I have a band. So my stylist today/student has to first hit the band of color that doesn’t match , then go back and hit the roots... a lengthy difficult process... pictures to follow...

My goal for today is a consistent buttery bright vanilla blonde through out.

I love attending the night time class. I learned so much. My teacher taught me so much! I'm so greatfull to her. I'm so happy I chose the night program! My friend transfered to the day time and it's horrible. They only get 1 client through out the entire week! I'm so glad I came to the night class.

I waited for two years, once a consulting, finally wait to reopen，so I went to the front desk to make an appointment, only need one minute can solve things, the staff said want me to wait in line, I waited in line for half an hour, finally to me, I didn't think the front desk said she wanted to learn how to use the computer, but I continue to wait, and don't know when she can learn. Isn't the customer's time worth anything? Why don't front desk workers learn basic skills like operating computers before they open their business? The students were great, but the attitude of the front desk was terrible and I and all my friends would never come again.

The school lacks Value, professionalism, and communication. Classes are inconsistent teachers are inconsistent and always calling out sick- they never have a consistent plan for teaching , everyone is doing their own thing throughout class. Teachers care more about their schedules then they care about their students. Administration is rude, does not know how to communicate , They never answer the phone you can send several emails and leave voicemails and it will take 1 to 2 weeks before they finally return your call. The principal of the school is rude and is not a very truthful person. I filed a claim to get my money back and the principal lied but I’m not surprised. Don’t waste your money on the school do your research there are a lot of Other schools that have curriculum that is mandated by the State of California, Department of Regulation & Licensing.
