I am filing a claim with the USPS because my package is lost.
Please give me your information when sending it

I need you the shippers address to use for USPS for you.

I am contacting you working 5 days

You have no phone number to call

You do not respond to emails and I have record of everything.

Your message on Facebook message says to contact you in a email that bounces back undeliverable.

I am not happy with your customer services or your business and you waiting way to long to send my order and you said it was “free” shipping for orders over $50 and I believe you are fraud ig the consumer by not having a deliverable email or phone number and telling them about “free” shipping if they pay a certain amount.

You ruined Christmas and I will be filing a claim.

This company thinks that they can just provide
insurance on their free shipping claim, and it’s not their problem anymore? Just make the consumer fight with the USPS and it’s not their problem anymore.

Received the Cover Story Concealer & the lid was cracked. Contacted them by emailing asking if I could exchange & they never responded. I had to throw it away as it dried out. Placed an order recently & was supposed to receive a free tote with.a $50 purchase. Also, if you leave any negative reviews on their website, they remove it. All the reviews are only 5 star. I used to recommend them to everyone but not anymore. Poor customer service.

I’ve tried many of their masks and eyelashes and everything that I’ve received were great ! The masks made my skin super glowy in the morning. Their animal masks and Sanrio items are super cute! I’ve gifted a lot of creme shop items to my friends and they all loved them. 🙂

I placed an order online (worth $59) in November 2018 and out of the 8 items I ordered 1 was missing from my package. I'm not satisfied with the products I actually received either. The cucumber face mask made me break out. The packaging is pretty (the Sanrio products with Hello Kitty and other Sanrio characters on them) but the quality is average at its best.
