I couldn’t be happier with my acrylic nails! The nail technician was incredibly thorough and did a great job shaping them. They looked so good before she put paint on I was almost considering doing a sheer paint. It was my first time so I’m so glad I went here.

I got a dip manicure on my real nails at Famous Nails about a week ago. Within just a few days the dip began breaking off when I picked up anything or used my hands at all. This has never happened to me before, so I assume the dip powder is not of high quality. I’m very disappointed that for the price I paid my nails are destroyed within less than a week.

I used to come here and stopped because the guy that worked there was disrespectful as hell and clearly only cared about certain clients. These past couple weeks I decided to give them another chance and same mess. I made an appointment and still had to wait two hours for my daughter to get her POLISH CHANGED because an older, WHITER couple walked in and wanted pedicures. When I told them that I’d appreciate it if my time was valued as much as their other customers, one of the women there just laughed and rolled her eyes. The only saving grace was the young man who explained to me that he was having car trouble and was running late. It costs waaaay too much for you guys to be disrespecting your customers and I imagine that’s why that place is always so empty. Save your coins and go somewhere else.

I have been doing dip powder on another salon for about 3 months. My nails grow really fast and never were broken, I went 15 days ago to do the powder in this slalon because of my mom and my nails start breaking on the second day, they didn't wanna help me because they told me "they were busy" after that, 3 of my other nails start breaking, four in total. I went today to do the service again, and first, the person who helped me wanted to apply a gel instead of the powder. He was trying to convince me to put tips, and acrilic instead. I explain I've been doing the powder for 4 months and i dont wanna hurt my nails with fake ones, also the last time was in that salon. He took out all the powder and refused to do my nails, he make my nails weaker at the time he was "taking out the powder" and told me he was not gonna help me. I had to cut my nails after 4 months only for him. He left my nails so weak that started breaking as soon as I left the salon. This was the most irresponsible and unprofessional salon i have ever been. I regret trying a new salon, I will never go back, worst service, worst quality, this shouldn't be operating.

Walked in wasn’t to busy asked if my mom (her birthday) could get just a manicure she comes in once a week almost and I was going to get a manicure and pedicure, my mom asked for a certain person she was finishing up a client and that she would do my moms next they start to do my manicure and pedicure in the meantime . Group of 3 white ladies walked in and asked if they had time for 3 pedicure manager says yes and takes the lady who was requested by us and moves her to do 1 of the 3 ladies they forget about my mom, a customer who had an appt at 1:15 waiting, and another who had an appt as well had to wait because they decided to take the 3 ladies even though they knew they were short on time. At the end they tell me sorry we not going to do your moms nails I was livid I wouldn’t have done my nails if my mom wasn’t going to get hers done the point was doing them together. I manage a store I say who comes first first serve! Doesn’t matter if it’s 20$ or 100$.
