I’ve been going here for years and it’s unfortunate because the customer service has been consistently going down. From delayed orders, refusing services they one provided, to damaging uniforms when sewing patches and now their inconsistent return policy. The return policy online is different from the return policy they have posted inside the store next to the register. You’re better off ordering online or going to another uniform store.

UPDATE:
First tactical was able to exchange the pants with their current state of one day use. It’s unfortunate how the vendor can make this work but not SRU.

Horrible customer service. Don't go here. Woolsey rd is better for embroidery. Or petaluma for uniforms.

No need to respond with your additional stale, stagnant response of policy. I could spell it out for you, but it's already done so in text: Customer. Service. It's really simple. Over 9 years in the field, and 3 academies, my review stands.

Previously, this would have been 5 stars, now I wish I could give zero. I had purchased scrubs from them twice. Great experience buying them, very helpful. They special ordered for me both times. I never felt pressured. However, I will never shop there again. The most recent uniforms I purchased where for a school program, I had no use for them outside of that. When I decided the course wouldn't be a fit for me, I wanted to return the nearly $150 in scrubs. All the tags were still on, unwashed, unworn, no customizations. I was still in my return window as well. I called and asked how to start a return. They asked for a receipt. I did not have it, but all 3 sets were special ordered, so they very clearly have record of me buying them on file. Despite them seeing I was still in my return window. They refused the return. Stating return policy. Their return policy on their website says NOTHING about needing your receipt. Now I understand if I had bought stuff off the shelf, so they had no proof when or what I purchased... but they have an exact record of what I purchased. There is absolutely zero excuse for this poor of customer service.

Here is their return policy copy and pasted.

"If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. If the item has been worn or washed or has been customized in any of the following ways: with emblems, altered; silkscreen or embroidery please call us to advise us of the return and the reason for the return. Depending on the nature of the return a small service charge may be applied to your return."

Head to toe clothing and accessories for law enforcement and civil servants, medical, food service workers, and more. Their extensive stock means you can usually find what you need in the size you need, and they can order anything not in the store. They also carry all necessary patches for local agencies, with an expert seamstress on site to ensure you will get correct placement and a professional appearance on the job. Their staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions and help you find what you need.

This is a great spot for all your uniform needs. From BDUs, boots, and gear to tailoring, alterations, and options, this is the place to go. If you aren't sure what you want or need they can help you with that. If you know exactly what you want but don't see it, ask. Chances are they can get it for you.

The folks working here are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Put this shop on your list, you will be glad you did!

This is a great place to get uniforms for work in a lot of different trades. I started a new job where work required a uniform. I went in and was assisted by one of the nice ladies in the front. They had to order some of what I needed but promptly called me when it arrived. Their seamstress does amazing work as all of my patches were sowed on perfectly straight. Jessie who helped me out today picking up part of my order was nice and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I will be coming here for all of my uniform needs. Thanks again!

They have everything I need but they're pricey. 1 short sleeve uniform shirt with my name engraved was $80 plus. And another $18 to have it delivered.
