No carts? Walked in with my 7 month old son in his car seat and they no longer have carts. Nothing for me to put him in. Can't exactly shop while holding him, so I'll shop anywhere else that still has carts.

Update: I called to ask if they still had carts, the lady I talked to made it seem like I was lying and wrong. I went back in and took pictures of the empty areas by the doors, also there was nothing in the parking lot either. Maybe you have to try and find someone and ask for a cart? Either way, I'll shop elsewhere.

Good deals! The majority of the people who work there (transit in depew, ny location) are unfriendly and rude. The kids/boys section is always a disaster and picked through ( it doesn't matter what time of year it is). I purchased 2 pairs of Vera Wang dress pants for the office, spent a good amount of money on them and both pairs have pillars all over them and look extremely old after just a couple washes, other than that the clothes wear pretty good.

I’m so upset after the returns I made today. I was confused why the person doing my return gave me $15 of Kohl’s cash. She said it’s because I used Kohl’s cash for my original purchase. I then went back to look at my original purchases. Two of the items I returned were all on one purchase of $53 on my card. The other purchase was a total of $56 and the item I returned from that purchase was $16. But I used a GIFTCARD for that purchase. So I only got $54 back on my card and the rest of the money was returned to me in kohls cash that I have 2 weeks to spend. (Instead of getting back my money in a gift card which doesn’t expire in 2 weeks). I don’t know if this is some scam policy Kohl’s has with their Kohl’s cash or the worker messed up but I’m honestly very upset. I’ve never had anything like this happen at any store.

Good deals nice store. It's abit messy but manageable to shop it also has a saphora inside of it. Well rounded variety of items from home, clothing, toys, make up, and much more. Great rewards program available.

This is the second time I had a wonderful experience in the Sephora part of Kohl’s. The sales associate named Sarah was great with my granddaughter. And both times, unfortunately, I misplaced my keys and she was very helpful to help us find them again. She went out of her way to help us look and eventually find them. She was kind and helpful and I look forward to shopping there again because of her.

This store is probably one of the best stores you could find. The store is clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is vast and returns if need be are easy. They also have Sephora inside.
