After a very busy and hot few days to go get tea, I accidentally walked into Face Haus. All of the staff were incredible and helpful! Especially, Caroline and Stephanie that took care of my facial needs as The Best Man in a soon ceremony. Thank you all! I feel rejuvenated!

Got the Glow facial today. I was concerned about the possibility of heavily fragranced products (products with essential oils, perfume, etc.) being used on my skin since I have sensitive skin. I called beforehand asking if they have products that are free of essential oils and fragrance. Whoever I talked told me they do and the esthetician would pick the products based on my needs. The esthetician was lovely and did a great job based on the products she was given. I told her about my skin’s sensitivity. However, like I was worried about, my skin after the facial was slightly irritated and red. During the facial I had to have her wash off one of the masks because my face was close to feeling like it was burning. Now hours later it’s still red and irritated and itchy and a little puffy. I had to wash my face to get whatever products she used on my face off. It’s a shame because the service was great, but until this establishment brings in products for their customers with sensitive skin I won’t be coming back.

Visible difference on my face after I purchased a package with my estitician Q, at Face Haus. The location is convenient, so it's easy for me to keep up my new beauty regimen which slightly varies based on my skins needs. I've been consistent to follow her expert advice and it's paying off on my face, I like my reflection now. What pores, what fine lines, what hyperpigmentation? Everytime I leave from my session with Q my skin is visibly brighter & tighter. I just added micro current to address skin laxity from aging muscles, all I can say is WOW, I'm Snatched! 😊 Q knows what shes doing, she really cares, and is very knowledgeable, she gets the best results. I put off a few years of writing this review, it’s been 2 years since I went to Face Haus here in studio city but I keep getting emails from them and thought it’d just get it over with. I was looking for a good facial to help with some acne flare ups I had because I was going to my sister’s 15th birthday party. Anyway, part of me just feels like it’s inevitable to get acne marks but I’m usually very careful with my skin and I keep beating myself up that I could have stopped or avoided it myself but because I trusted the professional who was doing my facial I didn’t say anything. She ended up popping my pimple for me and it hurt which I expected but I never would have popped a pimple like that on my own and again I trusted her and to this day, 2 years later, I have a big scar to remind me that I should have said no. Really sad about it cause I don’t know how I’ll fix this now without maybe having to pay hundreds if not thousands to fix in a med spa. I’d say just be careful with people here handling your acne here! Cause you may have the mark for ever 🙁

I've been to Face Haus twice and each experience has been AMAZING. I have always booked the "Esthie Knows Best" facial and then spoken to my esthetician when I arrive about my skin type/care/concerns. I have extremely sensitive skin, and the products they use have never irritated me. I've ended up purchasing some of their products for home use after having had them as part of my facial. I always leave sooo relaxed as they have pillows and blankets for you and you're laying at an angle. They massage your face/neck/shoulders as part of the service which is lovely. My husband, who has never had a facial, is going to go here for his first one because he's been so sold on what amazing experiences I've had!!

I've always had fantastic experiences at Face Haus, but wanted to give an extra special shoutout to Maura for an incredible facial today! She is so sweet and knowledgable and I already notice a difference in my skin. Will be going back!

I have followed Mary Jane Mancilla from El Segundo because she is just fantastic. I was going to a well know Beverly Hills Spa for over 40 years. They closed during Covid and I stumbled upon Face Haus in El Segundo. It is a shame that location closed because their other salon was much better - larger and more relaxing. She is A+ in her techniques, her caring and with her soulful touch. Even though I am not a fan of this location, MARY JANE MANCILLA is top notch. Thank you MJ for always being so incredible❣️🙏
