Sophia is so knowledgeable, friendly, and a fantastic masseuse! She took the time to understand what my body needed and provided tips on how I can improve my daily life to make any pain go away and prevent any injuries. She is so easy to talk to and go above and beyond for her service. Would definitely go back!

You will not find a better masseuse anywhere! Sophia is not only an incredible person, she is a gifted healer. She's incredibly in tune with the human body and can tell instantly what areas need work. I have extremely tight and sensitive muscles and have received many deep tissue massages from many people, and hers was both the least painful AND the most impactful. As an added bonus, you can visit with her cat and puppy while you're there, which itself is therapeutic. I cannot recommend Sophia enough!

Sophia is an excellent massage therapist who genuinely cares about her clients. She is very attentive and will work spots on you that you didn't even realize needed work. I had a hot stone massage and it was very much worth it. I had never had a hot stone massage before, and it was beyond relaxing. It literally feels like your stresses are melting away.

Before I met Sophia, I had massages with whomever was easy and available; after having developed a relationship with Sophia, I am truly lucky to be one of her clients. You can feel the attentiveness in her touch and feel that she is down-to-earth and really wants you to feel better. At the end of the session, your body and energy is renewed. Also, the aromas she uses in her aromatherapy are ON POINT! She has such good sense of the smells so nothing is overpowering.

Wow! Sophia is incredible. After leaving my first appointment with her, I actually felt giddy. I am so thankful to have found her. I came to Sophia after suffering from upper back and neck pain and not knowing what to do. Before my appointment she took the time to talk with me about what was hurting and after she took the time to explain what she felt with my body during the massage. It was amazing to have someone actually care about your body. She also recommend various stretches and tools to help prevent the body from tightening up.
