This is my second time getting nails done by Phuong (Kelly). She’s super friendly and professional. She helped me choose the right color, especially did my nails carefully, which is very important to me because I need my nails to still look fine when they grow. I love how she shaped my nails because they are all even perfectly. Will always count on Kelly for beautiful nails before an important event.

I found this salon after having a poor experience elsewhere. I got dip with tips and Kelly did a phenomenal job. A few weeks later, I went back in to have them removed and my nails are completely damaged. They were overfiled, are sensitive to hot water, extremely brittle and it's going to take months for them to grow back to their natural state. They charge $10 to remove them but now I have to spend an additional $20 to purchase OPI Nail Envy in hopes that it will restore the strength. I'm not even able to peel a wrapper off of a container because it's so painful. This is such an unfortunate experience because the staff are great, the salon itself is clean (except I noticed they reuse their nail files, which is unhygienic) but they seem to be inexperienced when it comes to removing dip and tips. Please beware. I would hate for anyone else to have to experience what I'm currently experiencing.

I am so glad I found this salon. Both Judy and Lauren were very professional. Judy was always very polite and always made sure if I liked the direction my nails were going in. We even tried some things I'd very thought I'd do with my nails and now I'm in love. I will definitely be coming back.

Sorry I’m updating this review 🙁
I gave it 5 stars immediately when leaving, but after I got home I realized there were cotton strands encased in the gel manicure I got. It looks lumpy and unprofessional. I see dust encased in anther nail as well. I also got a regular pedicure and not gel, so after I got home I waited 3 hours before going out. I put on shoes and came back to a messed up pedicure. I understand it’s not gel, but I would expect faster drying polish to be used so I could wear shoes after 3 hours. There’s also gaps between the polish and my cuticles. The women were really sweet and had great recommendations. They took care of me, and I enjoyed my experience at the salon. However, it was not worth paying >$100 for this outcome :/

Tammy and Judy did a great job on my mani and pedi. Tammy did my gel overlay manicure and Judy did my gel pedicure. This was my first time at the salon and it was so serene and clean. I will be back again. Thank you!

Very pleasantly surprised… from the change in the decor to the new owner here. Used to be Orchid (I believe) now it’s Rose Bloom Nail Spa. Tammy did my full set and she removed my previous set. She was very kind and took her time in making sure my nails looked great. I was offered water, and also a phone stand! 🙌🏼 Very much enjoyed my experience here.. I will definitely be coming back 😊

Walked in pretty late on a Saturday evening and Tammy was extremely welcoming. I was immediately seated and service begun right away. First time here and will return since she delivered exactly what I was looking for.
