I can’t express how disappointed I am with the result. This is the second time I visit the beauty lounge.

The first time it was perfect, the second was horrible.

Not attention to details, bumpy finish, color not applied correctly, nails getting scratched within 24hours. Worst manicure ever!

Not to talk about the pedicure, which simply is already almost removed from my feet after less than 24 hours.

I won’t be going back. I went in for Apres Gel X Nails — $75 for just solid color.

The manicure was very rushed, there was no care taken on any detail — even the primer was randomly swiped on the nail instead of coating it all. When she placed the tips on, they were pointing every which way, some were not at all straight. The filing was bad — nails were all different lengths. The color application was blotchy and clumpy on the nail. No attention to detail. Nothing about the manicure came out how I hoped, and I didn’t even have high expectations!

I've been coming to this nail salon for over 4 years, and I always leave happy with the results. They can get busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so I recommend scheduling early in the morning or later in the evening to avoid the rush. While they sometimes run a little behind, the quality of their work is always worth the wait.

On the rare occasions when I've had issues, (2 times) like polish peeling, they've always been quick to fix it. One time, I couldn't make it in due to a trip, and when I came back for a refill, they gave me a discount, which was really appreciated.

The staff is honest, hardworking, and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this place!

I was able to go with a short notice, they were quick and the ambiance is super nice and relaxing. My nails are really short but they had no problem working with them. They were gentle and made sure I was pleased with length, shape, colors and design.

I have heard wonderful things about The Beauty Shop and their amazing nail art. I went today for a pedi and gel mani and was sadly disappointed. The shop itself could just a good cleaning, as I wiped down my own pedi chair from the last client.
My pedicure was as expected and the highlight was the hot stone massage.
Unfortunately it went down hill from there. During my gel manicure I was expecting my cuticles to be trimmed and cleaned and my nails to be shaped. While there was some cuticle clean up, I left with many hangnails. I felt the service was more aligned with an express service then complete service.
The application of polish was less than average with polish flooding my cuticle bed and under my nails themselves. Overall application was not at all smooth and lacked basic attention to detail.
The shop only charged me half price for the manicure and suggested I communicate with the technician regarding my concerns. I sincerely appreciated the discount, but personally prefer services where I do not need to instruct the tech.
I did book the appointment on line, and while it said it would take an hour total, I spent and hour and a half for a no polish pedi and poorly executed gel manicure.

Amazing!!! Love this place. I was visiting from out of town and my local friend took me here. Had a few photo suggestions for nail art and was blown away!!! Lovely people. The nails lasted so long!!! I’m so happy and wish they were on the east coast so I could go every time. 😍

I'm sad to have to be writing this review. This was my third time coming to the salon. The first time, I received a hard gel manicure but the hard gel had a bunch of tiny bubbles in it, so they allowed me to come back to fix it for free, which was great.
The last time I went was today. I went in for a "hard gel fill." The process had nothing to do with filling. They completely took off my old hard gel, every single layer. The nail tech roughly sanded my nails down to a very thin layer, so much so that my nails were in so much pain and I had to keep pulling my nail away so she wouldn't keep hurting me. The entire layer of hard gel was completely removed, down to the nail bed. Then, as a result of her filing my nails down so thinly, when my nails were cured in the UV light, they burned so much that it felt like a lit match was being held up to them. I asked her if it's normal for it to be burning so much, and another nail tech was sitting next to us. They both said nothing. I was in so much pain that I was sweating. It was too late to turn back at that point. I am devastated that my nails are absolutely ruined. They are so thin that it hurts to type this, and my nails are still burning 4 hours later. I'm at such a loss. I don't recommend this place one bit. The polish looks great, but I don't even care about that. My nails are the thinnest they have ever been. If the hard gel had been filled in, like I had made an appointment for, this would not have happened. Do not come here.

I went to my favorite spot again and was lucky enough to have my nails and design done by Phan today . Christy and Phan are amazing . Perfect design every time. Jennifer is also great as well. You can’t go wrong with this place they are super nice and treat you so well. And they have snacks! They are the best nail salon I have been too and just an amazing overall experience .
