I recently visited House of Nails in San Francisco for a pedicure, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The salon has a modern, clean, and inviting atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was friendly and professional, taking the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The pedicure itself was top-notch. They used high-quality products, and I could tell the technician was experienced and meticulous. My feet felt amazing afterward – soft, refreshed, and perfectly polished. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing ambiance. If you’re in the area and looking for a great nail salon, I highly recommend House of Nails. I was in the neighborhood and decided to try a new nail salon because I was in need of a pedicure. What a mistake this was. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. I asked for the spa gel pedicure and what I got was the crapiest, laziest attempt at a pedicure I have ever experienced. I don't usually write reviews of anything ever, but it was just so bad that I feel a duty to my fellow citizens to warn them to avoid this place. They put in the least amount of effort possible and do not care that your pedicure looks like crap. After 20 years in SF getting pedicures in that neighborhood and in my newer neighborhood, this is hands down the worst.

This by far is the worst gel manicure of my life. As you can see, the nailpolish is not even and it looks so bad. I tried to let her correct it but she got rude I gave up.

I have gotten my nails done here three or four times. They do a great job every time. They do gel nails super fast without compromising quality. I hate sitting at the nail salon for too long so I love it! The staff is super nice!! This salon is also on class pass which is how I found it. My new go to spot!

my pedicure went amazing I asked to do nail art and they said no but anyways, I love my color, but unfortunately my manicure was completely uneven. I have paid less for better quality gel. the gel is completely uneven and doesn't even cover my whole nail. I paid for the gel manicure and pedicure combo for 100 dollars. my nails look like I did them myself, not a licensed nail technician.

Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money on something actually worthwhile. Nails are really bad, like really bad ladies. I could say more, but I don't like being negative. I just want to warn others to go somewhere else. I'll try to post pictures.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and love it! They’re always playing Great British Bake-off and the ambiance is relaxing. I typically book on ClassPass and love that they’re fast.

Got builder/soft gel infill here and was such a good service. The lady did such a careful and neat job. Also checked throughout to make sure no adjustments needed so it was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
