Kelley is hands down the BEST nail technician I’ve ever had! From structured nails to gel and intricate nail art, her skills are beyond impressive. Every session with her is a relaxing, high-quality experience, and the results are stunning every single time. Her nail art is so creative and detailed—it’s like having mini masterpieces on my hands!
While you may need to wait to book an appointment with her, it’s completely worth it. Her work lasts beautifully, and she genuinely cares about making sure you leave 100% satisfied. If you’re looking for a perfectionist with incredible talent, Kelley is your go-to! I wouldn’t trust my nails with anyone else. Highly recommend!

Where's the 6th star?!?! I started going to Kelley in April 2024. This is NOT your normal gel manicure - and worth every penny. My nails have never looked better, felt stronger, and received more compliments. I have gone back twice since - and now have a standing appointment. If you go with a more neutral color, you can get away with every 4 weeks instead of every 3 weeks. She is superbly professional and wonderfully patient and pleasant. She also does a fantastic pedicure!
I had a horrible experience with gels a few years ago and was very reluctant to try again. Kelley has changed my mind and explained to me how the structured process is much healthier for your nails.
FYI - I noticed she has 2, 1 star reviews. I also noticed that those reviewers did not write anything, that Kelley responded with a kind offer to "make it right" and there wasn't a response to her response...those kind of reviews, I take with a grain of salt. I am always impressed when the service provider offers to make it right - shows quality customer service...

I found Kelley because she works a block down from my store and I am so glad I did! I've been getting SNS dip for years with a lot of quality inconsistency and unfortunate damage to my nails. I came to Kelley with deep grooves in my nail beds from a bad dip set.
She has taken SO much care with my nails and they are healthier than they have ever been. We have done both structured gel and the Apres Gel-X system (it's like super long lasting press on nails if you want length). I really love the structured gel because it keeps my nails thin but lasts about a month even with a toddler and constant hand washing.
Every set has been better than the last because she takes really pays attention to all the little details and makes sure to customize your manicure to your nails and your lifestyle. We've also done lots of fun nail art and I love trying out new styles with her!
She is 1000% worth the investment and your nails will thank you. Plus you'll get constant compliments!

edit：I used to like to keep my thumb bare and she accommodated my request. I'm really thankful of her for making it easy without judging ( some nail tech was fussed that "it ruins the design") will come again when I'm in town

I've tried so many nail salons in the 7 years I've lived in SF, and after seeing the Nail Executive for the first time, my search was over! Kelley has been doing my nails for 3+ years now, and I can't imagine finding a better place for gel manicures. Her nail art skills are incredible, she has the best color selection, and is super fun to talk to 🙂
