I had an amazing experience at the salon! Vivian did a fantastic job with my nails. Her attention to detail is incredible. I didn’t even notice until I was at the salon that one of my nails was cracked about one-third up the nail bed, but she took great care in repairing it. Now, it’s like the crack was never there! The rest of the staff was also very nice, offering me pillows and ensuring I was comfortable. They even added a bit of silliness despite a language barrier, which made the whole experience delightful. My nails cost $100. Highly recommend their services!

Vivian did such an amazing job with my gel x set! She took her time, didn’t rush, and always checked in with me 🙂
I’ll definitely be coming back for a new set, and highly recommend this cute lil salon!!

I hadn't had my nails done in years but I wanted to try a gel x set for my birthday. I heard The Nail Room could do good cute designs and gel x so l drove into the city just to go to them and it was SO worth it. I found two design inspo pics on their IG and the tech did a combination of them for me and it turned out amazing. I have never gotten so many compliments on my nails before and everyone was asking where I got them done. The nails lasted 3 solid weeks. Not only was the design good but the shape was also perfect. I have since gotten a new set at a shop closer to me and while it was cheaper, the shape and attention to detail wasn't as good. They are also a lot bulkier and look more like press on nails whereas The Nail Room's set was thinner and looked way more natural and integrated. I will definitely be returning to the Nail Room soon.

I got a walk in appointment after calling in. They questioned me about who called in for my appointment and asked if it was my husband. This was inappropriate and the response to my answer was rude. I asked for a Gel X set, almond stiletto with a shiny/sparkly polish. She added chrome and charged me extra. The LED curing light nearly burnt my nail beds. They spoke in a foreign language the entire time and made very uncomfortable and sporadic conversation with me in English. There was no TV or music. The atmosphere was dead and the service was subpar. The chairs are tiny and uncomfortable.

Their Instagram is deceiving. The women who does most of the nail art on their Instagram/page no longer works for them.

They are all very nice people but i don’t think I would recommend after the experience my friend and I had… did not get what we wanted even after we asked.

I would go back for a regular manicure, maybe, when they aren’t busy.

Also long wait. They will over commit to folks just to keep busy but can’t handle the volume.

I’ve just switched over from another spot in the area. They’re fast but also have done a really great job each time. Today, they were out of the red I picked so I ended up trying chrome for the first time and am SO happy with them. Pure joy. My tech (I believe I was with Helen) also suggested a different shape than what I usually do and I really like it. They always take special care to fit the acrylics properly and make sure everything looks great. Will be back.

Made super last minute appointment due to a mix up at another salon. The Nail Room told me they had availability that day, so I made an appointment. However, after I got there, they made me wait for about 40 minutes.

Not only that, the lady just filed down my existing gel nails which is pretty bad for your nails! She didn't even try to soak it, she filed through even my gemstones which seemed quite dangerous.

Then they changed the price on me from what I was told over the phone. When I asked why the prices are different, it was evident they they were just pulling whatever price from their head. I was able to get them closer to the price I was communicated, but still.

The overall job was also shoddy too, 3 out of 4 gems fell off with in 1 week, and the gel nails are chipping on top of that. Do not recommend.

I called the morning of and after I told them I was looking for a gel manicure with an art design, she said they could take me right then and there, if I was available because one of their top techs was in that morning. I was so happy they could accommodate me and they were so friendly! I told the technician I wanted this very kawaii-style fried egg design and she chuckled and totally nailed it! Super cute and super in love with my nails. I have a friend's wedding coming up in three weeks and plan on going back to get my nails touched up / re-designed!
