I went in for the dark angels around 5 and Alyssa is an awesome helper! She was very nice and helped me find other stuff, she took the time to answer my questions about the soaps and the ones they sell for the baths. I learned through Alyssa that for people with standing showers and no tub that some of the bath soaps would not be very good for rubbing against skin like normal bar soaps. They do look great and pretty though! 😭 Alyssa is amazing! Drop by and see this cool person 😊

After making a purchase it was brought to my attention that the store manager profiled me and my mother. She watched us and asked the employees to follow us around the store, not even knowing we have a close relative who is an employee there and was at the store getting off work. When we confronted her about it she had the audacity to smile in our faces and tell us not to take it personally;, it was just for security purposes. Two of the employees were the ones who told us she asked them to watch us. My mother called corporate and spoke with two representatives who seemed very compassionate and upset about the situation. This incident happened on 12/14/24, and no action was taken against the store manager. She still works there, and we found out the employees who informed us we were being watched were fired. Neither myself nor anyone I know will be shopping at this location ever again, and I have informed numerous people of this incident all over social media!

My experience isn't about this store specifically but rather a purchase I made online. I placed an order online for the easter and Mario question block bath bombs, my order kept being delayed and when it finally arrived The Mario block bomb was completely broken! I called customer service to return the broken bomb, and was informed that I would have to pay for return shipping, the agent also stated that shipping is going to be a little expensive because there warehouse is in Canada! What the hell! I'm suppose to pay for return shipping on an item that was broken when I received it! I paid $18 bucks for a broken bath bomb and you want me to pay even more for shipping! I don't use the bath bombs personally, I get them for my son and I know one customer no longer shopping at lush isn't going to make any difference but I'm definitely not supporting a company who doesn't take care of there customers. GOODBYE LUSH!!

Such a lovely experience today when I visited this store. The smell can be very overpowering when you enter. I spent hours just looking and smelling around. All associates have been very warm, kind, and helpful. They definitely know their products! I tried 2 face masks and moisturisers today and bought it. Felt super refreshing! I highly recommend this place for freshly made face masks.

To one of the staff working in the morning of sept 21th:
I am sorry if you don't like your job. I was waiting to ask you questions. However, you saw me but you overlooked me and passed to other customers with smile and guided them to the products. But when I asked you where is the product. You reluctantly pointed out the products and overlooked me again. I am sorry you don't like me. Maybe because you simply DON'T LIKE ASIANS, YOU ARE ASIAN HATE？If you are, I feel pity and shamed on you. If no, maybe you just simply don't like your job and not satisfy with your work, then I suggest you to see a therapist. Overall, I wish you have a happy rest of life WITHOUT HATE AND DISCRIMINATION.🌹🌹
