I chose Luminary MD due to its proximity and stellar reviews. I’m so glad I did, instead of flying overseas to Turkey or out of state. This helps with follow-up appointments if necessary.

They say Hair Transplant is an art form, and Dr. Milanes nailed it, especially with my hairline. He meticulously implanted a high density at the front, exactly as I requested during our consultation.

Dr. Milanes himself, with the assistance of his dedicated medical staff of four ladies, performed the procedure. I literally said I feel like I was in heaven, as a banter. lol. It was a great vibe in the clinic. The anesthesia was perfectly administered—I didn’t feel a thing, and the team ensured my comfort throughout.

This is top-notch service without the marketing fluff. As Dr. Robert Milanes claims, it’s made affordable—and it truly is. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the procedure, service, and care.

Now it’s almost been one week. Look at the photos… and tell me aren’t they great?

Service was top notch. Dr. Explained the program and how this would help and benefit me. There was no pushy gimmick sales. I asked for what I needed and gave me options. Dr. Milanes is amazing!!!! I had an accident and my ear was torn in half. He worked over an hour to stitch it up. Dr. Milanes was nice and entertaining the whole time, which definitely lightened the mood in a terrible situation. I was told by other doctors I would need at least one more surgery to put the ear back together correctly. Dr. Milanes did such an amazing job, my ear was fully healed in 6 weeks and you can’t even tell it was stitched together. I highly recommend Dr. Milanes and team for any needs you may have! Thank you Dr. Milanes!!!!

I recently visited Dr. Smith for a hair loss treatment, unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. The very first appointment I felt very rushed, they seemed more focused on getting to the next patient. We didn’t had an official first consultation to start with, they took me straight to the treatment without knowing if I was a good candidate for the ALMA TED treatment or at least waiting for my blood and generic test results to decide.

Until I requested it I had a zoom meeting with him and we finally spoke about what ALMA TED will do with my hair. The doctor prescribed me Monoxide for a MAN and he doesn’t explain some of the side effects of using MONOXIDE, which I found out later on, at some point I doubt about his knowledge with hair. You will start loosing hair first which at the end, all I saw was loosing more hair and ALMA TED treatment DID NOT improve my hair loss.

I AM NOT HAPPY with this place at all, I wouldn’t recommend it, my cousin showed up to her appt and the place was CLOSED. They are not organized or professional.!!!

Last note, when I expressed my unconformity with this whole process, his assistant Nazie told me she was going to schedule a follow up appointment with the Doctor and Nazie NEVER DID
Until now, they did not care If I improved or If they can offer some alternatives. It seems that this business is all about the money and not the patients.

Dr. Milanes helped me jumpstart my weight loss and I have lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks with his prescribed weight loss treatment. He is very caring and listens to your concerns and takes them into account. Very good bedside manner and I will be using him for further cosmetic procedures.

I first saw Dr Milanes earlier in the year for a plasma replacement shot in my shoulder. The second time I saw him was recently for the Artas ix FUE hair transplant. I was taken care of with professionalism and respect by dr Milanes and his staff. Hair loss was a sensitive issue for me and talking about it can be difficult. His staff made me feel very comfortable discussing any concerns with them. The robotic machine was incredible. Dr Milanes’ knowledge of the machine was impressive and I felt comfortable with every part of the procedure. I went in with a large bald spot on the crown of my head. They removed and transplanted 1500 follicles. 6 weeks later, the results are amazing. My hair is growing in and filling up the once barren land!! I am excited to see what the next 6 weeks brings. Both experiences I have had with Dr Milanes and his staff have been great, as well as great results from both treatments. Thank you!!!

Dr. Milanes and his team are simply AMAZING. I went in for a hair transplant with a few concerns and nerves. They answered every question I had about my procedure and promised it would be worth it. They were right, the procedure was painless and they made sure to check on how I was feeling before, during, and after!
