The Owner was extremely friendly and professional and went out of her way to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. She went above and beyond by showing me a variety of different options and I truly appreciated it, I felt valued. My visit to Inara Scrubs in San Leandro was truly memorable and went far beyond my expectations! As we approached the store post-closing hours, we were simply planning to window shop. However, owner Maureen noticed us outside, graciously reopened the store, and ushered us in with a warm welcome.

With her incredible knowledge of her inventory, Maureen passionately guided us through her impressive range of scrubs and accessories. My friend Andrew was understandably overwhelmed with the choices. However, Maureen was there every step of the way, patiently assisting Andrew to pick out a fantastic, comfortable scrub set in a variety of appealing colors. She had an intuitive understanding of what we were looking for and made it easy for us to find the perfect items.

It's not every day you come across such exceptional customer service. Maureen’s dedication, warmth, and enthusiasm are truly unparalleled. I cannot recommend going here enough. I was buying some navy scrubs for my phlebotomy training and Maureen helped me through every step of the way. Even though I was looking for navy, there were so many shades of scrubs and the sizing was super inclusive. I would definitely come here again for the amazing service and selection of scrubs 🙂

Owner is super friendly and helpful the second I walked in. Had a great selection of colors in sets so I found everything I wanted! Highly recommend. They have a fitting area for you to try on as well.
