Dirty, out dated, and smelled horrible! But the women who cut my hair was sweet and did a good job! I just needed my dead ends chopped off and she did it super fast and my hair looks a million times better.

I think the lady’s name is Mia who cut my hair at 1640 S. Bascom Ave., San Jose CA. Her customer service is excellent and friendly. She cut my hair efficiently with thorough verification of how I preferred it cut. I was quite pleased. She is a professional, nice person. I plan to return for my next haircut. Thank you Mia. I recently bleached the top of my hair and just wanted the sides zeroed and lined up. Sim did a pretty good job with that, will go back and see her next time I need that 😎👍

I took my son to get a haircut, really simple a part to the right. I had to constantly point out longer areas of hair, the fact that I wanted a part. At the end, she didn't use any scissors, told me straight it better and that his hair grows in different sections. I know his hair and just wanted a simple cut. Sad that the kids cuts with cars as seats so a better job. Not only did I pay her, I had to go to another place to fix it. Never again

She is not my regular haircutter. The fastest haircut service I have ever had. She did not even offer a hot towel after the haircut. Disappointing experience. But I still gave her a tip.

Nancy gives a wonderful haircut and is very gentle too...She also gives a wonderful shampoo if her schedule permits and you have the time. The hot towel at the end is an especially nice touch!

No respect for other's time or appointments. I had a confirmed appointment and the lady still attended 2 other folks before me who just walked in. When I told her about my appointment, she said in her tone - "Oh, you wait, just two more"

Didn't clean the seat on my turn while she did for all the others. It was all full of hair from the previous person's hair cut.

Didn't offer me a hot towel while she was doing for others.

I used to go here and tip generously. I was determined to not even tip this time but still tipped for the worst service I ever had here. Never going back.
