Online ordered 2 coffees. The nutty coffee is super good and I was told the taro coffee was great too. I love that you can online order, and the drinks were ready within 5 minutes. It’s to note though that they do not take cash, just important to remember. Great coffee, great service and a beautiful atmosphere. It was gorgeous in there I wish I got photos.

Mine and my daughter’s first time here! I’ve passed it many times and always wanted to stop and we finally did today! The gal at the register was so helpful and sweet and took her time explaining different drinks to us. We got the Pink Pear and it does not disappoint! We also got the Taro drink and I’m a big fan of Taro so it was a must haha! I can’t wait to come back already and we just left! Oh and their donuts are yummy too! Oh and the interior is pink and adorable, love the vibes 🫶

Ordered crème brûlée later, brown sugar boba tea, and spicy pork sandwiches. Presentation is amazing, food looked and tasted great. Boba and latte were all very good as well. Only critique is sandwich is extremely messy, and would be easier if they offered forks, and wait time for ordering in was a little longer than expected. Recommend ordering ahead, would go again if in the area.

The photo says it all. They literally downsized their large, their large is now a medium. So everyone here pays the same prices and now as customers we get a smaller version. Even the employees were like “yea management made everything smaller iono why they did that.” Sure the boba tastes good here but the business practices here are just shady and I can never support a business like this

I’ve been a fan of this drink spot for a while, enjoying their great selection. However, I was really disappointed to discover their new pricing policy. Now, if you want less ice in your drink, you’re hit with an extra charge. It feels sneaky and unnecessary, especially since it’s a simple request that should be part of the service. While the drinks are still good, this move seems more about squeezing extra money( .90c) from customers than enhancing the experience. I hope they reconsider this policy.

Chill vibes and good drinks. Nice spot to hang out with friends or get a late night treat. Friendly staff! Also- try the mochi donut. Worth.

Food: We ordered the Pineapple Green Tea, Matcha Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Chizu Strawberry Green Tea, and a Signature Milk Tea. All were good with the exception of the Pineapple Tea. My daughter couldn't finish it so we ended up tossing it. She said it tasted like perfume mixed with feet. Took a pic of how much she tried to stomach for reference.

Service: We asked for a replacement for the Pineapple Tea, but their policy doesn't allow for redo's. With that in mind, play it safe with flavors. Orders are placed by two screens located on the wall near the entrance.

Atmosphere: They play good background music and decorated the place nicely. A little small inside, but they have two tables and a bar with a few chairs as well. So you can stay and relax, but if it's busy you'll have to grab and go or it's shoulder to shoulder.

Overall, not a bad place but we'll stick to Kultura down the street. Better drinks, amazing customer service, and they'll give you a sample of something if you're unsure. Plus they have food and smoothies on top of boba's and teas! Bober is great for a selfie if that's what you're after, but I feel like customer satisfaction isn't of importance.

We love Bober tea at its Natomas location but this one was just plain lazy. We got there at 8pm and they don’t close until 9. They hadn’t had any donuts or stir fried boba for a while. Completely out. And the bathrooms were closed because they finished cleaning them. Seems like the ladies just wanted to leave early on a Saturday night.
