Came in with my family to look for some coloring art supplies. As we walked in, it's spacious not too many people but plenty of staff throughout out the store. Considering the amount of staff working, not 1 person greeted us or checked in on us. As we were walking up to check out, I noticed the one guy at check out was welcoming certain customers by certain I mean Caucasian people only. We paid for our stuff and left. Very weird experience coming to this store. I think I'll stick to my local staples. I'd appreciate the same welcoming energy to ALL customers.

Went to process my Pre-check application. There was one big sign at the back of the store, and no one in sight. Someone eventually showed up, but there were no instructions to sign in. I got there ten minutes ahead of my appointment time as instructed, and as I stood there, several others gathered. As my information was processed, others could hear the questions and my answers to personal information; that’s my complaint. This is a situation in which personal information could be easily exploited and I don’t appreciate that. I almost left without completing the process because of lack of privacy.
