We found almost everything we were looking for! Beautiful quality furniture at reasonable prices. Edgar helped us make sure everything was in stock and available for delivery. We went on Monday and we will have everything delivered on Saturday. Super happy with the customer service and the I can’t wait to have it delivered and put together for us! I highly recommend going there to furnish your next home!

My husband was looking for a recliner he could sleep in with great comfort. Like Goldilocks he sat in all of them until he found one that was just right. We bought both couches, that have a recliner's on each end and 2 separate recliners,.two in tables and matching table in front of couches. It was a wonderful experience with our new sales person who understood all we needed and helped in every way. It only will take 5 days for delivery not like our previous place Lazy boy that took 4 weeks. My daughter bought a couch and had an amazing experience and so we came to Bob's. Our furniture will be leather and has a lumbar message. We did a 4 year warranty . I'm absolutely positive we will be quite satisfied.

So they were very friendly and efficient. But the chest they brought did have damage and the cord for the light fixtures wasn't included. So I have had to arrange for a replacement piece to come next week. It sucks I can't unpack my clothes for another week but what can you do. They were helpful and friendly and seemed to be making a great effort to fix the problem. I appreciate that. Although for what we spent I would have preferred it to come together with the first deliver. All in all I'm decently satisfied. We will see if that changes with the next delivery.

Rob was extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful when helping us find a mattress. We went into the store not knowing what to look for and what to do. They made us feel extremely comfortable and at the end of the day we walked away getting a mattress that will not hurt my husbands back! Thank you so much Rob!! We cannot wait to get it delivered

We were referred to Bob's discount furniture by a friend who was very satisfied with his purchase there. Within 15 minutes, we found a couch that was perfect for us. A no-pressure salesman helped us through every bit of the process with knowledge and kindness. While they are not the biggest discount furniture place I've seen, they have what you need and you get a great deal. My husband researched over 40 places that carry their couch, and confirmed that Bob's discount furniture had the best price! Will be picking up our couch this week and can't wait to try it out.
