This was not my first time at Hollywood Nails but it will definitely be my last. I arrived at 12:00 and made it clear I needed to be out of the shop by 2:00. The new owner said she could do my nails as I was getting a pedicure. A couple of ladies were coming in for services. The new owner let me know and said another technician was coming in and she would be able to do my nails, as she started the pedicure on the two women who came in. They told the new owner they needed to be done by 2:00. When the technician arrived, she had her start on the other ladies pedicure as she was still working on the other lady. Long story short, I had to leave with my nails undone and my toes finished. She claimed she could have had my nails done in 1/2 hour but I couldn’t trust what she said after that. I was still charged $55 for a pedicure after she lied and was not able to complete her end of the service as said. I did not have time to go back and after thought of how she chose to service someone who came in after me after giving her word she would have me done IS NOT valuing my time as a consumer. They do not deserve my money. Stay far far away unless you have your afternoon and maybe evening free. She’ll feed you snacks to try to keep you quiet.
