Jenny is a perfectionist manicurist. Her hands are very light and moves with precision when she cleans and paint my nails. Diane is the same way and she's great in doing pedicure. Both ladies are focused on task at hand and doesn't talk much which I prefer. Perfect manicure and pedicure all the time! 💅👍👍

Horrible experience... the lady doing my nails wasn't pleasant at all. She got mad when I asked to file my nails down because they were too long and then asked me what's wrong with me, and I replied that she seemed upset that I asked her to file my nails and her remark was.. "this is just my face" then she walked away and started helping someone else.. therefore another lady had to finish painting my nails. Then they had the nerve to verbally ask for a cash tip. I had to go home and reshape and file my nails myself. I will NEVER go back.

I came I without an appointment, ( my dog getting groomed at petsmart across the street) my toes were hurting, i thought my nails were too long, i cut myself but still bothering me.
So i decided on a pedicure along with the full set of nails for the holidays. Helen found that I had a toe nail starting to grow into my skin ( ingrown) "dont know how i missed that"
But she got it out, reliefing my pain. Thank you Helen

I came in for a manicure and pedicure. As soon I walk in I was told
To go pick a color. I wouldn’t have a problem with this but other customers that came in after me were greeted warmly and given the color charts to chose a color. As soon as I sat down the tech started on my feet and didn’t offer me the extra spa service while once again I noticed that they were being offered to other customers. I asked for the color chart. It took her a minute to get it but she did. After she finished my pedicure she asked me what color I wanted and I hadn’t decided because I just got the color chart. The tech went to the lady sitting next to me and apologized for the went and proceeded to service her. I waited about 5mins and decided this was very rude and unacceptable service. I told the tech that I was ready to pay. She asked did I want color and I said no that I would go elsewhere. I paid and left. For the record I am a plus size Black women. I felt humiliated.

I'm sorry but I really don't like this place. The woman used cuticle oil instead of lotion on my arms. It was a simple mistake but it made my arms greasy and since I shave them they are sensitive and they got really itchy. Also she rushed and did it kinda sloppy. For some reason this made me really angry.
