I came in for the second time for a fill and wanted to work with Van since other reviewers said she did a great job on designs. She did an excellent job on my fill and really refined the shape of the nail to fit me. She also took the design I showed her and took it up a notch 😄. I gave BT Nails & Spa a second chance, but unfortunately, they continue to disappoint. They don't respect their posted hours, often opening late, and have no regard for appointments. There is a lack of professionalism and seriousness, making it clear that customer service is not a priority. This business does not value or respect its clients

I have enjoyed my experience at BT Nails for about a month or so now and have not been disappointed. The service is great; Helen is a wonderful nail tech and I love my manicure and pedicures every time. Very friendly staff and the shop is clean and well stocked with many colors. I love the fact that I don’t have to drive far for quality service. If you are in the area or don’t mind driving far, come to BT Nails, you’ll love it and if you don’t the ladies are more than accommodating to make sure any issue is resolved.

Just started coming to BT maybe like a month ago? But still I have never left! I definitely recommend going in and get your pedicure with Van, from day 1 she has been professional and pays attention to detail. She’s very good with designs and kilt this ombré! Will be back for my vaca!

Second time going to BT Nails and Spa and I am really happy with the results. I had the dip powder manicure and gel pedicure and everything came out perfect. I even tried the nail designs since I saw the pictures on their website. My manicurist Van came up with a pretty design for me right on the spot. Definitely going back.

This salon just opened and I can’t say enough great things about the staff and the services. I’ve gotten pedicures and gel manicures and each time I leave so satisfied. Ive gotten chrome nails and the most beautiful french manicure and they last for 3+ weeks each time.The salon is very clean which is a huge deciding factor for me. BT Nails is my new go to.

Happy with my results! Jennifer did my nails, and she took her time cutting, shaping, and polishing my nails. It was a clean environment, and kind ladies. Will go again soon!
