I have been getting my nails done here since January 2023. I love that the ladies are all very friendly, I’m immediately greeted by Lee who knows my name and is very sweet! The music played with the scenic backgrounds on the flat screen tv is so relaxing. They meet appointment expectations; I’ve never had to wait and I will be honest a few times I called to say I would be 5/10 minutes late and they still accommodated my appointment. I love all the polish, gel, dip and hard gel options they have! Their hours are on the photo of the business card and if your tech is available and make an appointment in advance they will accommodate earlier than opening hour appointments!!! My nail tech is Tina she’s so sweet and I love her gentleness with my hands she is detailed, precise and I never have any complaints my hands are perfect and they match one another! I’ve had everyone do my pedicures and want to point out my favorite Helen! She is very detailed, takes her time and makes me feel so relaxed! I recommend the DELUXE or THE SIGNATURE pedicure! You will love it here! Clean, peaceful and very friendly staff and customers! Can’t wait for my next appointment! 💅

I have always had a good experience here, but last Friday, I went for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, I requested Chrome, and it came out awful. I didn't have time for them to fix it that day, but I returned the following day and decided no chrome. It's only been 4 days, and the color on my toes is coming off, and the tips of my manicure are starting to look like matte nail polish. I'm really disappointed in their services this time. I won't be returning.

Pedicure didn't last long. They force you to pay in cash, in order to use the customer loyalty program. However the the place is clean.

Tina did an amazing job with my gel mani and pedi! She is extremely meticulous and takes her time and doesn’t rush the process. The place was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly.

I really enjoyed being here. I felt super relaxed. I got the deluxe pedi. It had lemon and roses. It smelled super good. My feet was feelin goooood

I also got a natural nail gel mani with a cute cherry design for spring time. It's giving me cherry blossom vibes without the blossoms. My manicurist (I wish I got her name) took her time and it's cute!!

First time at Valley Nails for a pedicure and I loved it! Very friendly, clean, comfortable chairs, enjoyable pedicure and no waiting!
I will be going back for my next pedicure.
