The coffee is smooth & has no bitter after tastes. They are a small local roaster in Rocklin CA. They roast several types of coffee & espresso, including decaf. Vaneli's will even make special blends for the holidays. The roaster himself will come out to greet you when he is not roasting and personally make you a drink. It is a great experience tasting fresh roasted coffee & espresso.

What a wonderful place!! The coffee is delicious, the have beans and pods. Even hot chocolate! Great selection of coffee makers and supplies. The staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful! Definitely will be back!!

Very knowledgeable and kind staff. I went in to pick up some beans and received the best customer service from the people there.They took the time to make me some shots so I could know exactly what I was buying. This also looks like a great place to shop for a refurbished consumer or prosumer espresso machine. Highly recommend!

I really can't say enough good things about Vaneli's. I've had my espresso machine (Elektra A3) for 10 years and have done all of the maintenance and repair. When the flow through the brew head stopped. I spent 3 days troubleshooting until finally, I just couldn't figure out what was wrong. I really didn't have high expectations, but was out of options so I dropped it off on Wednesday, and on Thursday Rita called and said it was ready. Josh (repair and service) found and fixed the problem within an hour.

In truth, my espresso machine hasn't operated so well in years! This is the best repair/service experience I've had in 10+ years.

Rita - works in the front - super nice and incredibly helpful.

Truely the Best tasting coffee!..the best!
Great customer service. One of the guys there explained and showed me the process they use to roast their beans and they do things Right!
Fair prices and ethically sourced beans. Organic Ethiopia Dur Feres Light Roast is out of this world!
